Great location as we went to Spring Training Baseball at Am Fam Field in Maryvale. Neighborhood was a bit noisy at night but we felt safe. Our host Gabby was great communicating and the place had everything we needed.

Gabby was very responsive and made a trip out to make sure all was good like batteries for remotes and proper use/settings of heater/ac.Supply of water, chips, enough coffee pods to get started are pluses.Location was good for all the local visiting we did and quiet enough for good nights sleep.

Perfect for our whole family to stay in for GCU graduation. The house is well maintained and spacious. My only complaint is that two of the rooms didn’t have room darkening curtains. We had a 11-month old with us so the crib was a plus. The living room is sparsely furnished, but that was better with the baby crawling around. About a block and a half off 75th Ave so the house is quiet.

Cute house & Awesome host!

The house was very neat and clean. The beds were super comfy and slept 6 of us very comfortably! Check in and out was convenient. Gabby was very responsive in communication and a great host!

Overall a nice home! Newly remodeled inside, the backyard needs some attention if planning to spend time outside.

Family Friendly

Thank you so much - we enjoyed our time here for a quick turn around trip to visit family in the area. The location was friendly for our needs and family oriented. My 3 years old grandson fell in the love with the fuzeball table. Communicating with the home owner was easy, quick, and helpful.

Ok place to stay on west side

House is newly renovated and pretty but sparingly furnished. No dishwasher, washer or dryer. There is an unfinished back yard and weirdly a grill in the house where you would expect the washer/dryer to be.. Minimal kitchen supplies, towels etc. Fine for short stays if your not expecting to really cook/hang out. House is clean. Beds are comfortable. Access to garage is a good thing because not the best part of town.
