Newly built luxury home from experienced VRBO Host. This spectacular home was built in 2024 and features 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms along with relaxing & spacious living spaces that are designed for the ultimate stay. During your stay you will enjoy modern convenience and comfort. Central to Tampa & St. Pete,, this home is perfect for families, groups, & business travelers. A short drive to great restaurants, activities and beaches.
This home was built in 2024 with over 3500 sq ft of space including outdoor patio, TV's in all bedrooms, dining, & all new appliances. This home has everything you need for your trip. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the south of Tampa close to St. Pete & Clearwater. Plenty of sheets and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked.
6 bedrooms with 4 full baths & another half bath by the kitchen. The home has 10 bed sleeping options if necessary. We have 7 pillow-top mattress beds (5 upstairs with 4 kings, 1 queen, 2 on the main floor with 2 twins). Additionally there are two king air mattresses in the common space.
Guests will have access to entire home. Host is available by phone if needed.
Accurate guest count required by VRBO & insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or stopping by. If you questions about this, message the host before booking. For example, if you plan on 1 person stay overnight and 5 people visit during the day, the guest count is 6 people. Message the host prior to instant booking if you have questions.
No Parties, Events, Loud Noise: Noise detection devices are required on site by the city of Tampa. Noise complaints by neighbors may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
No Smoking, Vaping or Hookahs: Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the property.
Filming or Photography requires approval ahead of time so please make sure to ask.
