Great location in the popular Fan District... close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We were also wanting to find a safe location close to our daughter's new home. Quite neighborhood with a nice balcony perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. We'll definitely be back.

This is a clean, modern property with all the basics. Great location on a nice street in the Fan and near Careytown. Very quiet second story unit in an established building that has been updated.

My daughter and I were in Richmond for 4 days to visit my son. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very gracious. Hasan happened to be there when we arrived and helped to unload our luggage! We felt very secure in the house and in the beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk to the VA Museum of Fine Arts and many restaurants and shops. The beautiful Monument Avenue is just two blocks away. I would definitely recommend this and will stay here again.

This was the second time that I stayed in this apartment. It’s in perfect walking distance to many restaurants and the local museums. The host Hasan was very friendly and communicated well which made my stay very enjoyable. The complementary snacks were nice especially after traveling all day. Overall the space was very clean and the bed was comfortable. This is a very nice place to stay. I plan on staying here again during my next visit.

This place was exactly what my partner and I were looking for when we were in Richmond for a couple of days! We loved how comfortable the bed was, the outside patio, and that there was a stocked Keurig machine. Check in was easy, Hasan was very friendly and responsive via text, and the place was incredibly clean. It's also in a great part of Richmond, which made it really easy for us to walk around. Parking was also easy to find on the block the times we drove. I hope to stay there in the future!
