Recientemente renovado, este tradicional Racquet Club Villa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en el área de Harbour Town tendrá todas sus necesidades de vacaciones. La entrada del primer piso hace que esta villa de un piso sea ideal para cualquier persona que tenga dificultades con las escaleras. Recientemente actualizado con pisos de madera, alfombras en las habitaciones y muebles nuevos en la sala de estar. El salón cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana, así como un reproductor de Blu-Ray. Esta villa está segura de complacer! La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y se encuentra junto al comedor, que cuenta con una gran mesa de estilo de casa de campo (asientos 8). Acceda al patio privado de la sala de estar y disfrute de las hermosas vistas a la laguna.

Al final del pasillo están las habitaciones. El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama king size y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con otra cama king. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales, y estas habitaciones comparten un segundo baño. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión de pantalla plana. Todas las actualizaciones y fácil acceso a todo lo que Sea Pines tiene para ofrecer; Esta encantadora villa es perfecta para su próxima escapada.

Family vacation

This was the perfect location in Hilton Head. Short drive to the beach and walking distance to Harbor town, shops and restaurants. The property was clean and our boys loved the bunk beds. We will definently stay here again when we are back.

Girlfriends getaway

Great location within walking distance to Harbor Town. One level condo with furnished bikes. Updated kitchen and decor.

Review from a stay in July of 2025, this unit needs some attention, looks like there has been a leak in the living room ceiling and one of the bed rooms, one of the bath tubs would not drain, it also looks like someone played with a ball in the unit as most of the walls have scuff and just overall dirty.

Close to Harbour town and beach

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was updated, clean, and spacious. It’s close to Harbour town and the beach which was great. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the floors could have been cleaned a little better. 4/5 stars.

Very cute. Great location. Property management was quick to resolve some plumbing issues and fire alarm issues. The kitchen is not well stocked so bring cookware, etc if you plan to eat in. Overall perfect stay! The free bikes were a hit! And the trolley stop is just steps away. Would definitely rent again.

The villa was spotless and offered everything we'd need - a cute pool to cool off in right behind the backyard, tennis courts for sport, and bikes for the family to travel around the island with. The location is fantastic as well - only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful lighthouse and Harbour Town area!

Last Minute Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked about 3 weeks out and Island Rentals was easy to book with. They did great communication with codes. The villa location perfect and looked like the pictures except for some deep cleaning that is needed. Walls scuffed up, previous leaks on ceiling and from air returns. Plates and pans lacking and dirty. Only 4 coffee cups in the place.Towel bar fell as soon as we put a towel on but they were quick to respond about coming to fix. Nice place, loved having the trolly stop outside our door. Pool and pickleball courts were great as well.

Close to trolley, lots to do in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our time at Sea Pines and had a lot of fun biking, swimming, and at the beach. The property included bikes and some beach chairs, which was really helpful. The unit could use a thorough deep clean (baseboards, walls, wash shower curtain, etc). Rental manager was very kind and responsive with helping us when we needed help accessing the swimming pool and getting a few of the sheets changed (I assume the housekeeping staff accidentally overlooked changing the sheets in one of the rooms). Overall, a great location and had all the conveniences we were looking for in our Hilton Head stay.

Great Rental

Great property super close to Harbour town which is very convenient because it’s hard to park there. Bikes and beach chairs being included in the rental also great. Property was clean and as described in the listing. Tried to ask for early check in and late check out via email but didn’t hear back from rental company either time. That’s the only reason I ranked that section 3 stars. Otherwise great stay, would come back!

Musty/moldy

It was VERY MUSTY and not clean… pictures on VRBO were very deceiving … the place was very dark . It was so musty and smelly that one of the men staying in our group of 4 had to go to the urgent care to get steroids etc and my husband was having difficulty breathing … will not stay or will not recommend that unit again… very disappointed as we have good friend who own in the same cul de sac

My opinion:

Condo is well suited for a small party or family. Kitchen galley has great updates, but is tight with washer and dryer being located in the same area. There is no real storage for dry food goods… if you plan to cook or just have minimum food essentials, like one cabinet small, and it’s above the dryer, at the back of the kitchen. Upon initial entry you do smell a musty smell and sadly the condo was not well cleaned prior to our arrival. We laundered all the bedding, couch pillows, and shower curtains due to clearly being soiled! Floors felt dirty too. We immediately reached out to the host and received prompt support and resolutions. Condo overlooks a pond, which was nice and is a short bike ride to Harbor Town. Location to the beach is about a 15 min (or so) bike ride. The bikes provided are little worn out, but did get us from A to B. Overall, the upgrades to kitchen were appreciated, but small with no storage. Condo may accommodate 10+, but just keep in mind you’ll be in close quarters with one another. The 2 main bedrooms are very spacious.

We loved the location close to the trolly stop which was nice for trips to the beach. The pool was close and easy to bike to. Overall the property was clean. We would have liked to have had a few more kitchen items such as a baking sheet, measuring cups and additional coffee mugs. The email & text updates from the property management were helpful and provided all the information we needed. Having bikes provided was a bonus. The check in/out process was simple. I’d stay at this property again.

Nicely updated villa but the musty odor needs to be addressed

The dishwasher, however, appears to be original to the unit and is very loud. It stands outlike a sore thumb in the renovated kitchen.Our primary complaint is the musty odor in the unit, likely from being unoccupied for long periods with no AC running. The smell was so strong that every item of clothing we brought had to be washed when we returned home and our suitcases had to be aired out.

A bit disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We still made great memories, but the rental experience was disappointing. The only item that we felt was clean were the beds and linens. The floors were disgusting! Bathrooms were not only dated, but nasty. When we arrived at 4:17pm the maid was still cleaning the villa. I’m pretty sure she just stopped

Great location but needs some love....

This condo is ideally located within a 10 minute walk to Harbour Town and the Trolly stop is literally right next to the condo. BUT, this place needs some love...it was not clean when we arrived (email to Island Rentals resulted in cleaning crew arriving Monday morning!) and the condo needs updating. New coat of paint, new furniture, a rug you won't trip over and even kitchen cabinet pulls that are fully attached?!?! We still loved being here, plenty of space and comfortable. Great beach chairs and bikes were provided and the pool on site was wonderful! We might rent here again but this property needs upgrades.

Overall great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a lovely property and the included bikes gave it the perfect touch! Having never been to the island, we definitely could have used more information about how to actually get to the beach as that was fairly complicated. The property management was very responsive and helpful!

We loved using the beach bikes provided with this unit also to get around easily but also plenty of parking for our cars.
