Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this charming pet-friendly 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa in Sea Pines places you right in the center of everything the resort has to offer. Located on the third floor of Racquet Club Villas, this bright and airy walk-up retreat features vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and golf course views that create the feel of a much larger space — perfect for your Hilton Head Island getaway.

The open-concept living and dining area offers plenty of room to relax, complete with a king bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate guests. The living room features a deep recliner and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the golf course, where a bar-height outdoor dining set invites you to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view. The modern rustic dining area flows seamlessly into the galley-style kitchen, thoughtfully designed with everything you need — plus a convenient in-unit washer and dryer tucked in the rear laundry area.

The spacious bathroom includes dual vanities and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, offering both comfort and functionality. Secure WiFi ensures you can stay connected whether you're working remotely or streaming your favorite shows after a day in the sun.

This villa is pet-friendly, allowing up to two well-behaved dogs with payment of an additional pet fee — because vacations are better when the whole family comes along.

Guests enjoy access to the Racquet Club community pool and clay tennis courts, and the villa is located along the trolley route for easy beach access. Great stay

Great stay, very clean and great location. Only problem was WiFi didn’t work when we got there and I contacted the property manager via messaging on the app and did not get a prompt reply. Had to call.

Very good. Liked the condo and the balcony.

Cute place for two

Really cute place for two people. Very clean. Had a bit of trouble how to use the tv but no worries, nice deck overlooking the golf course. Just wish I knew we were on the third floor before I packed a huge suitcase, lol. Over all a wonderful place to stay.

Very nice condo

Loved the location of this comfy condo. We were close to everything in Sea Pines! The condo had loads of room for me and my husband and our fur babies who loved watching the squirrels from the deck!

Great location

We loved this villa, it had everything you require. We loved the patio overlooking the golf course. I think they can do without the separate trip to the rental company to pick up a voucher for sea pines entrance, that easily could have been emailed to me. Comfortable bed and furniture and the kitchen had everything we required.

Third floor, no elevator.

Loved everything else about the condo. Location with pool and tennis courts right outside the door. Short drive (5 minutes) to beach or tennis or golf.

Great Place!

We absolutely loved this villa. The furniture and appliances were all first rate. The kitchen was equipped with very, very nice cookware and utensils. The countertop appliances were first rate......including a nice Kerig Pod/Brewer. We rented through Island Rentals and found them to be very well organized and extremely responsive. Looking for a very nice villa conveniently located near Harbor Town and the Sea Pines Center? Here's a strong recommendation for this one!

Love HHI, decided to work from there and bring our dog

We realized that we had stayed at this property about 8 years ago after we arrived. Location is great. Definitely noticed the aging of the home but it worked out well. Only issue was many of the electrical outlets were not working but we muddled through. Overall good experience.

The storage for the bikes that come with the condo rental needs to be described or listed somewhere on the app, we had no idea where they were parked so we did not utilize them.Would definitely stay again!

Last minute trip including Hurricane Helene on Thursday!

This was a last-minute trip so decided to stay in this very nice racquet club villa. It’s is on a beautiful golf lot,very quiet. Loved having 2 bikes and beach chairs. We survived hurricane Helene winds one night too! Condo was very clean, light and bright, vaulted ceiling. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower! It is on the third floor with three levels of stairs so that may be an issue for some, FYI. The one recommendation would be to have an ottoman for the chair, or a recliner, since one person can take up the whole couch, L O L.

Had a great stay at Racquet Club Villas

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Racquet Club Villas. This unit was perfect for my husband and I who traveled with our infant staying in a pack and play in the bedroom. The location is ideal for the beach, restaurants and attractions and the villa was as expected from the photos, great vaulted ceiling in the living space made it feel larger. Communications with Island Rentals were extremely clear and ongoing throughout our stay. Only a few minor suggestions to help make the stay more comfortable would be to provide a full size trash can and a normal sponge for dishwashing. Additionally it didn’t bother us too much knowing it’s a pet friendly condo (we have a golden retriever at home so are more than understanding and familiar with dog hair), however when we arrived there was black pet hair all over the white bedding. Not ideal for cleanliness for the next guest, however wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Overall we would recommend this unit and enjoyed our stay.
