This was an amazing trip! King size bed was a dream, the clubhouse with the pool/gym/hot tub/sauna was around the corner and wonderful. We got lucky and had a bit of a heat wave while we there so we took full advantage of being in the pool every day. We loved it and we are definitely coming back. We wish we had brought more towels from home, luckily there is a laundry in the clubhouse where you can wash/dry them.

I would not describe this as a luxe condo. Everything was ok- clean enough, comfortable enough but Id say servicable. The location was great and check in/out was efficient. Id call it Homey to attract the right guests.

Perfect location for a night at the casino. So much more comfortable than a hotel room. Loved the extra extra touch of the little coffee bar and snack snacks! Easy to locate and check in. Great for a couple.

We stayed here for my daughter's cheer competition and it was lovely! The place was clean and comfortable, the girls had fun on the hot tub and sauna and I enjoyed the use.of the treadmill in the gym. It was conveniently close to Foxwoods where the competition was too! Would love to come back when the pools are open!!!

I can’t say enough about the location!! It is so close to the casino but away from traffic and the rush. The host was so helpful. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. I loved all the extra blankets and fireplace.

We have stayed at the Villas before. The community is lovely, the clubhouse, and the grounds. It has a great work out area and hot tub. The location is perfect. This host went above and beyond. She thought of all of the little niceties to make it a special stay. She was easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was everything that was advertised and more. We would definitely recommend renting this unit and plan to stay here again when we’re back in town. Thank you Cynthia!!

Just a terrible stay. Room was beyond filthy with the low light being blood stained pillow case and no top sheet on the bedding. Dirty counter and floor. Inoperable door lock. The last three communications with the property owner have gone unanswered. Gotta be a better place to stay.

We didn’t use the pool or the spa because it is winter. I thought we did at the Norwich to the spa.

Picture on VRBO doesn't match rental. Had 3 towels for 2 nights for 2 adults (74 & 77 yrs old). We had a Memorial to attend and used face cloths to dry hair. Towels did finally arrive around 7:30p on June 2 - we were leaving at 7a on June 3rd.Owner did respond when we asked if we could have early entrance with a yes. Another problem was directions - may be Google's problem but we kept being directed to rear entrance. Owner also responded about towels 12 hr later.Door with code for entry and exit needs to be checked for closure.Great location

At first glance the property was lovely, the location and the pool were great. As far as the host, the communication was horrible, messages were not even answered. Bed was filthy and not changed from previous guest , there wasn't even a top sheet. Towels were dirty and wet, only one clean towel with no hand towels, bath mat or washcloths. I'm asked to check in early which was accommodated but cleanliness should not be sacrificed for that. I'm sure there are other places to rent that are much cleaner than this one.

First of all this unit was not a one bedroom. It was a studio apartment with no separate rooms except the bathroom. My husband gets up early and likes to have a place to go to check emails etc. and not wake me up. He had no place to go. The door locking hardware was misaligned which caused difficulty with keypad lock. The interior additional safety lock was loose from door frame. Security code also worked on another unit (we arrived late (dark) and went to the wrong door and it opened with the same code. Dishwasher did not fit in cabinet. It felt like a college kid’s apartment and furnished at a yard sale. Found a fake piece of eyelashes stick to the washcloth. Grounds were nice and location was good. Pictures on listing were mostly the exterior property's amenities.

This was a well appointed gem located literally minutes from the casino. Access and entry were easy and the host had lots of little ameninities available for a great stay (snacks, toiletries, games). We only stayed one night for a NYE show at the casino but would definately stay again. Beds were comfortable, tv and wifi worked great. We did use the sauna and jacuzzi at the club house with the provided key cards but a little map with hours would have been helpful. We had a hard time finding the actual clubhouse due to the way it was marked but could have literally walked there from the condo had we realized where it was. Also, be aware this is a studio not a 1 bedroom. This did not detract from how awesome this place is but we typically try to book a separate sleeping space when traveling with our kids as we all just sleep better. While there is a room divider provided the pull out couch is two steps from the bed and all in the same room.

Unit was nice. Its a studio unit with a movable changing wall thing that separates the bed area form the living room space. You can see the pool area for the balcony. Could use a couple small updates, but all and all it was a very nice unit and served us very well. First floor entry was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend for sure and would definitely stay here again. Plus Norwich Golf Club is right across the street too.
