Duck Out is brand new house built in 2025 in the Aunt Pat's Bay Community on the South End of Elbow Cay with sweeping views of White Sound, Sea Spray Marina and Garbanzos Surf Break/Atlantic Ocean. It is a perfect set up for one large family or two families.
• I can provide you with everything you need to know (where to book your boat, golf cart, places to eat, grocery stores- everything that will provide you a great experience).
• Also, we have a full time Caretaker/ House Manager, who will provide assistance with anything you may need to make your stay tranquilo.

• Dining Table with Seating for 8 and Kitchen Island that Seats 6
• Outside living area and Dining on the Pool Deck
• Commercial Ice Machine located in the garage
• Washer/Dryer for use in the garage

• Outside Grill with Propane Tank
• Water Filtration System so there is no need to purchase in house drinking water.

Additional Information:
• A signed short-term rental agreement and refundable deposit of $3000 is required prior to your stay.
• Shorter term rentals are available at owners’ discretion during off-season. Message owner for specific requests.
• 1 week minimum required during peak season and holidays. Message owner for specific requests.
