Surf's Up! ¡El lugar perfecto para una escapada de entretenimiento es justo al sur de Sea Spray! Esta espaciosa casa de playa tiene vista al mar desde la sala de estar principal, cocina y comedor en el segundo piso. Es el lugar perfecto para surfear y caminar por la playa. La cocina cuenta con una barra de desayuno y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con puertas francesas que se abren a un balcón con vistas a la piscina y al océano. En la planta baja encontrará tres dormitorios, cada uno con una puerta que se abre a la piscina y al área de la terraza. La habitaci��n de matrimonio tiene su propio baño privado, y las dos habitaciones dobles comparten un baño grande. Ambos conjuntos de gemelos se pueden convertir a Reyes a pedido. Dockage está disponible por un cargo en Sea Spray Marina, así como en el muelle de la comunidad pública de White Sound, que se recibe por primera vez.

The ceiling fans need to be replaced (loud and wobbly).

Cute cozy house close to Seaspray

Was pleasantly surprised how cute and cozy and well-stocked kitchen. Would have liked Keurig though as had to bring my own. Better than pics and really enjoyed. The pool was nice though very heavy bleach. Loved the couch seating and superb location close to Seaspray. Grill worked great and nice pans and cold A/C and fridge. Very nice and would stay again!

Second Stay at Rum Punch

Great property for two couples. More than four and people are sharing a bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath upstairs. If you are on a boat, short walk to Seaspray dock. If you have a cart, easy ride to beach, Abaco Inn, market, On Da Beach and Firefly. Living space is upstairs with generous deck and great views. House is not brand new. Shows its age a little but very comfortable. Great kitchen that is well appointed.

Great location if you are keeping your boat at Seaspray. The house manager met us at the dock and even helped us unload our stuff from boat to the house. The only negative was maybe the cleaners could have done a little better cleaning. (Under trash can / under furniture). All said we really enjoyed this house

We had a small issue with water pump and Elbow Cay Properties was there in minutes to have to fixed! Had an awesome experience with Elbow Cay Properties! Highly recommend and will be staying there again!

Private oasis-great location!

From the ease of working with ECP to reserve or handle questions—to seamless communication with caretaker, Jamie W, it was a fabulous trip! House is immaculate, well maintained, completely stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, furnishings etc. Jamie met us at dock on arrival, escorted us to home, gave us thorough “tour” and explanation of house/pool/laundry etc—ARP is few minutes golf cart ride (shout out to Kemp’s cart rentals!) to groceries, beaches, restaurants —easy walk to Sea Spray and Abaco Inn.yard was landscaped with papaya, coconut palms and lush greenery around private pool. Beautiful views from decks, plenty of room for 2-6 people. Quiet. Thx for wonderful vacation ECP and owners!

The home was clean and kitchen very well stocked with pots and pans, etc. The bedrooms are on the main level, and kitchen/ living area was upstairs. This worked well for us, but something to note. An easy and short golf cart ride to beautiful Tahiti Beach in one direction, and about a 15 minute delightful golf cart ride to town. Beautiful views. We loved our stay at Rum Punch in Abaco!

Extremely outdated and the AC did not work in the downstairs bedroom. I was told there was not a washer and dryer but we found one underneath the house. The house manager was not very friendly but did everything we requested in a timely manner.

Great location although not on the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location but the generator was not working until our last night on Elbow Cay. Very poor since we were renting a house with a generator! Our house was not that clean when we arrived. The maid had not cleaned the sliding door upstairs where you look at the ocean and had not left paper towels although the caretaker brought one roll (one roll!!).I sent our caretaker an email asking for recommendations for fishing locations/charters. He responded after two days and said he'd make calls and get back with me. He never did. It will be unlikely we will rent from Elbow Cay Properties in the future.

Wonderful visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week on Elbow Cay! Abaco Rum Punch was the perfect size for my husband and two children (they each had a bedroom). It was nice having the living room and kitchen upstairs, with the beautiful view of the Atlantic. My only disappointment was in looking at the pictures on-line, it appears that there is a dirt path to the beach. That is actually a private drive, and the beach access is a short walk/golf cart drive away. The beach there is not ideal for swimming/laying out, but Tahiti Beach, which is absolutely beautiful, is about a 5 minute golf cart ride away. Loved the location of this house and hope to rent next year!

Rum Punch was Great

This House and Everything and Everyone involved was Great.Would recommend this property,the description of the property was spot on.Our Family had a Great Vacation Hopetown Hideaways and Jamie the caretaker were helpful and hope we come back.The only issue was the Sea Spray Marina owner could have been more accommodating they left a sour taste and made me not want to spend money on their premises.

Fabulous house, fabulous vacation!

My family had the pleasure of renting this home in April of 2011. Everything about the house was perfect. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with dining areas inside and out. the views are wonderful in all directions. The bedrooms all have new mattresses and great quality linens. The house has central A/C, but we didn't need it because there was always a nice breeze. The pool is small, but was big enough to cool off and I couldn't get the kids out of it! The house is located a stones throw from Sea Spray Marina and a short golf cart ride from Tahiti Beach. We had a great time walking out to the beach in front of the house to watch the surfers and to beach comb. It was a great vacation, mainly due to renting this house. We will definitely return.

We took our adult children and 8 month old grandchild and had a great vacation. The house was perfect for us- very open and comfortable, with room to spread out. The central living area and kitchen are large and functional, with great views. The decks are present outside each bedroom and living room with wonderful views. The caretaker, Jamie Williams, did a great job tending the generator during power outages. The power went out several times, so renting a house with a generator is important. Golf cart is a must, with easy access to Tahiti Beach and all of Elbow Cay. Easy walking distance to Sea Spray and Abaco Inn. We also rented bicycles and enjoyed riding into town. We had a great fishing trip with Justin Russell on his boat "Local Boy" and highly recommend him. Caught grouper, tuna, and mackerel. Hopetown Hideaways was most helpful when making the reservations and plans for the week. Loved the private pool and the wonderful large decks, but because of the openness and the indoor and outdoor stairs, we may have to rent elsewhere next year because the granddaughter will be walking and too mobile. Highly recommend Rum Punch and Hopetown vacation
