Family Friendly Gameday weekend in Watkinsville!

Bring the whole family, we have lots of space for a fun gameday or graduation weekend! Our home offers plenty of space to gather! There are two living rooms and a game room, plenty of room to spread out. On an average day it's a 12 minute drive to Sanford Stadium from our house. We'd love to help plan your game weekend and night out accordingly! We are located in a quiet family neighborhood, and are only seeking adult renters or those who may be traveling as a family for an event in Athens. We ask no college students apply, and absolutely no pets.

This is out private residence and we only intend to lease a few weekends out of the year. We have 2 bedrooms on the main floor, the Master with a king bed, full bath and walk-in shower. On main floor there's also a guestroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom in hallway. Upstairs there's a room that has twin bunkbeds, with a full bathroom located in the room. The other upstairs room has 2 twin beds and the other full bathroom room is located in the upstairs hallway. In our newly finished basement is the 2nd living room, the game room with a ping pong table, foosball table and dartboard with small bar/counterspace and microwave. The basement also has a bedroom with a king size bed, but please note there is NO bathroom downstairs. That did not happen in phase 1.

The unfinished bathroom and the closet in the basement will be locked, as well as all of the bedroom closets in the house. All dressers in the bedrooms will be cleared out for your belongings. In the kitchen, all unopened items will be left in the pantry and fridge, and I will clear shelving for your items. You will be allowed to use the garage, but you will see some of our belongings still in the garage. We ask that you try to park as many of your vehicles in our driveway as possible, before parking in the road. When parking in the road, please park in front of our house.

We have a strict no pets rule, but want to disclose for those with pet allergies that we have a dog but keep our house very clean as we have a family member with allergies.
