Property Overview

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a personal work desk, and a full bathroom located in the hallway for shared access. Downstairs features a full-over-queen bunk bedroom and a versatile extra bedroom that can also accommodate pets (pets are not allowed in other rooms; crates provided), plus another hallway bathroom. Bathrooms are compact and shared, but thoughtfully set up for convenience.

The lower level also includes a children’s play kitchenette and a step stool so little ones can join in the fun at the arcade machine. For families traveling with young children, we can provide a high chair and playpen upon request. We may also have additional toys on hand — please inquire about availability so we can set them aside for your stay.

This is not a showy, luxury listing — but guests often tell us it has more personality and comfort than they expected. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and dining, complete with appliances from the Beautiful by Drew Barrymore line. Six Smart Roku TVs — one in each bedroom and in both entertainment areas — come with voice remotes for easy browsing.

For a little creative fun, the home also features two guitars, an electric keyboard, and a djembe drum. Guests are welcome to enjoy them during their stay, but please keep them indoors to protect them from the elements (and neighbors)

An arcade game machine, music-themed decor, and playful “meme” touches add character, while a laundry area with a front-load washer and dryer is stocked with a small supply of detergent for guest use (guests provide more if needed). The home has central heating and air conditioning, plus a standing fan in each bedroom for added comfort. High-speed internet with a simple password and convenient outlets at every desk make it easy to work or study during your stay.

Parking & Accessibility

Parking is free for up to three vehicles — two in the driveway and one on the side of the road by the house (along the main street). The split-level layout includes stairs. There is a backyard where a wheelchair could be rolled to the lower level, but please note there is no clear paved path — the route involves grass, uneven terrain, and a slope, which may be especially difficult in snowy conditions.

Please do not book the home for fewer guests and then arrive with a larger group. The number of people on the reservation must reflect the actual number of guests staying. Bookings that do not match the true group size will be subject to adjustment or cancellation.

No Smoking

Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and marijuana—is not allowed inside the unit.

A $500 fee will be charged for violations.

If you smoke outside, please be mindful of smoke drifting back into the unit and dispose of all debris properly. Please use the designated smoking area outside in the backyard.

No Parties or Events: gatherings, or events of any kind are not permitted.

Child Safety : At this time, we do not provide baby gates or full child-proofing features. Families with young children should take this into consideration when booking, supervise closely, or utilize the provided Pack ’n Play until further notice.

Pet Policy

This is a pet-friendly home (limit: 2 dogs under 20 pounds).

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Dogs must be crated when left alone at the property.

Guests must clean up after their pets. A poop bag station is located on the lower level patio for your convenience.

Pets must be kept on a leash when outside and should not disturb neighbors with barking.

Any issues may require guests to make other arrangements for their pet.

A non-refundable pet fee of $50 applies to all pets, including ESA animals, and goes toward extra cleaning.

Guests are solely responsible for their pets and agree to hold the host harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries caused by the pet (including aggressive behavior, bites, or other incidents).

Guests are liable for any medical bills, veterinary bills, or property damage related to their pet.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles — 2 in the driveway and 1 along the curb directly in front of the house. Vehicles must not block the federal mailbox at any time.
