Make your way inside this glamorous, mid-century modern styled home via the keyless smart lock and be greeted with a beautiful entry and polished hardwood flooring throughout the home.

Walkthrough the sun-filled living area with two large couches surrounding a wall-mounted TV – the perfect place for a movie night together with plenty of popcorn.

The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped to handle a 3-course family dinner with a large freestanding oven and cooktop, a full-size fridge with a filtered water dispenser, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up. Start your day off with a morning coffee at our breakfast island for two.

Eat together in the beautifully styled dining room with seating for ten guests along with a highchair so the little ones in the group can sit with the family.

Take the stairs up to the second floor and into the elegant master suite with a luxuriously large king bed, a smart TV, and a crib for the smallest in the family.

Off the master is the spa-worthy full bath with his and hers vanity, a dressing seat, and a large walk-in shower. And don't miss the luxurious soaking tub, complete with a ceiling-mounted shower head!

The lovely second bedroom is equipped with a King bed and a Smart TV loaded with all of your favorite apps.

Also on the second floor is bedroom three with a King bed and Smart TV, a second sparkling central bathroom where you can take a relaxing bubble bath, and a conveniently located laundry area in the hallway, complete with detergent and dryer sheets.

On the third floor you will find an additional two bedrooms: Bedroom four features a Queen bed, a pack n play for the little ones, and a large Smart TV. The 5th and final bedroom feature cathedral ceilings and 2 trundle beds which pull out into 3 twin-sized beds! A Smart TV is included in this room as well.

Outside is the large, secured yard with plenty of space to chill out and relax while the kids enjoy running around on the grass. There is also a garage with parking for up to two cars and off-street parking at the front of the house for any extra vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the U S and is known for its upscale shopping, dining, and cozy coffeehouses.

The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues, and stunning turn-of-the-century homes all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park just a quick 5-minute drive from downtown St. Louis.

Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the top attractions the city has to offer making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
