Repeated violations may require local law enforcement involvement. Guests removed for policy violations will be responsible for related expenses.

You will be asked to choose either a $30 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night
8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate
30 nights or more = $300 flat rate
