A pie de su puerta a dos de los senderos más populares de South Mountain Park / Preserve, La Ruta del Mormón y la Ruta de Geronimo que se conectan a 51 millas de senderismo, ciclismo y montar a caballo los senderos del parque municipal más grande del país, 16,000acres. Los corredores pueden acceder rápidamente a los senderos del canal para una carrera bonita. Muchos de los grandes campos de golf cercanos y centralmente ubicados cerca de los entrenamientos de primavera y el centro de convenciones!

Beautiful Home at South Mountain

This is our fourth stay at this beautiful home in South Mountain. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space between houses. A great view and close to two hiking trails. We love this house!

Great property backyard looks out to the southern mountains. 5-20 min from many things. The kids loved the pool. Great host communication.

Great Location

The house is at a great location at the very edge of a big city... with exciting wild life. The house is impecibly decorated. We loved feeding the birds, squirls, chipmunks and rabbits... and listening to the cyotes at night. My suggestion to the owner would be to do the minor maintenance that the home needs... Other than that, a great place to enjoy Phenonix.

Overall the house was welcoming, spacious and conveniently located. There were lots of extra linens, towels & blankets which was wonderful. The kitchen accommodates multiple people working together nicely. We had 8 people staying at the house over the Christmas holiday. Owners were very responsive prior and during our stay. I do think it could have been a bit cleaner upon our arrival and the outdoor furniture wiped down. The kitchen although spacious, was difficult to find things and did not have full size baking sheets or pans. This could be improved with adding labels on the cupboards and drawers and adding some full size cooking and baking pans. Things are very outdated, but appreciated having them. The house is located close to groceries, food and gas which was great. It would be nice if there were window covering options in the house and patio for various reasons...shade, privacy and security. What is descibed about the hot water situation is definitely accurate. I didnt actually get a hot shower while there, but others did. It was overall a great experience, but due to the hot water situation and inability to close off views from outside the house, I would not stay here again.

Colorful and fun

We stayed here as a larger family group and everyone loved the property. The location was perfect with it backing up to the mountains/hiking trails but only being a few minutes from shopping and dining. The home had a great pool, the neighborhood was quiet, and the decor/artwork was so fun!

Perfect South Mountain Location

Great location, beautiful view, lots of space, heated pool, great communication with the owner. We love this place. It feels like home. We've stayed here for the past 3 years and we'll be coming back next year!

Everything was amazing! We had beautiful views out of every window and whimsical decor to delight the designer in all of us! We had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay and outdoor space to explore! We can’t wait to return!

Incredibly beautiful house with a picture perfect Mountain View.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The house is exquisite and very special. The decor was fun and playful, the bedrooms, so very comfortable. The kitchen is incredible. This house is a treat, we are so glad to have had the opportunity of spending time there.

Stunning and fun!

We had a wonderful time. This house is beautiful. The artwork is fun and eclectic. It’s minutes from everything and a very short walk to The Mormon Trail. We loved it. Two patios, plenty of room anf amazing hosts. This was a wonderful time!

Spring getaway

The location by the mt was great to enjoy the view. House had all the amenities needed. Location was ok as it was close to groceries and Sloan Park. The furniture was interesting but not very comfortable and there seems to be some maintenance needed as the fireplace and pool lights weren't working. There was an extra propane for the outdoor heater but that didn't seem to work either. I'd recommend labeling the light switches as there are a lot. We never did figure out which ones were for around the garage. The owner was very responsive and able to fill in the driveway quickly. Overall though we'd recommend.

Perfect Oasis

This was our second stay at this house. A perfect place for us and our teenage kids. They love the heated pool, we love the patio with grill in the afternoon where we can soak up those last few warm rays of sunshine in the afternoon, especially in March! Host is very responsive to any questions and super helpful. There was a huge rainstorm the week we were there, and Russ came over to help my husband fill in the dips in the gravel driveway so we could get out in the morning. Perfect spot in South Mountain. We love the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to two South Mountain trails. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the airport. We plan on coming back next year!

Beautiful Property

Absolutely stunning home inside and out. Pictures and write up on VRBO website were accurate. Property was secure, clean and fit the needs of our family perfectly. Enjoyed pool, cooking in gourmet kitchen, meals on outdoor patio, viewing eclectic art and hiking South Mountain. Owner/Property Manager was responsive to any question or need. Will definitely book again.

She has 20 plus years as a real estate agent, specializing in the area and is very knowledgeable. She enjoys the hiking, the beautiful views, the small town feel and the close proximity to downtown, the airport, ASU and all other parts of the valley. She believes this area has always been the best kept secret!

Beautiful and unusual home that is cheerful and fun to be in! The home is minutes to shopping, spring training, downtown, golfing, and most activities. It is a very short walk to two popular hiking trails and the canal trails. The setting is private and tranquil with the feeling of being far away, while still minutes from all of the great Arizona activities!
