This large studio with separate full sized, stocked kitchen is centrally located just a few blocks from the famed Las Cruces farmers market and a great place to ease into after a day at White Sands or the Desert Mountain peaks national parks. There is a queen bed in a cozy sleeping nook with black out curtains for privacy and sleeping in, and a pull out twin chair. Your doggos are welcome as well in the shared outdoor space which has an outdoor dining area, a grill and firepit. We welcome you!

This property is part of a triplex. It is a stand alone unit and the other two units are non-profits who are mostly only there in the daytime. The outdoor spaces are shared but rarely utilized by the nonprofits. This does mean that dogs cannot be left unattended. This is a non-smoking property. You can smoke outside but we ask that you are mindful of the other tenants and that you do not smoke near an open window or door.

We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.
