The Vista Oasis is a single story, 1,650 sq. ft, 3 bedroom 2 Bath house located within the City of Vista in North San Diego County with gorgeous views of Palomar Mountain and the San Diego foothills. The home sits on 1/2 acre with plush native and Mediterranean landscaping throughout the property. Being single level the home is convenient for senior guests and guests with disabilities.

-Beautiful Botanical Garden Landscaping that is lighted in the evenings
- 8 person picnic style dining table.
-Gas fire pit that overlooks Mt. Palomar and North San Diego foothills.

-Over 50 different exotic fruit, stonefruit, citrus, avocado and nut trees in back yard orchard. There is almost always something ripe that we leave on the table for guests to taste!

Quiet Time: City of Vista Noise ordinance is 9pm to 9am. Our Neighbors Love us so being respectful to them is appreciated.

-Just as its our goal to provide an impeccable 5 star experience to all our guests, we expect the same respect to be shown to our neighbors during your stay.

-Extra fee’s: Hot Tub fees are subject to San Diego Gas & Electric Rates, Please inquire prior to booking. Please review house rules for any additional pool/hot tub information.

2 hours of hot tub use is included with each night stay.

-Pool is NOT Heated and we do not recommend heating requests to to long prep time/high cost.

-Washer and Dryer are available inside Garage for guests staying 4 nights or longer (Garage Key provided Upon Request Only).

-Small Pet fee $75 per night for each pet maximum of one, must be paid within 24 hours of arrival. 25 LB maximum weight of pet. Owner reserves right to cancel this option depending on breed and size of pet. Owner must be notified in advance of booking.
