I am an x-marketeer that found my self fed up with the advertising industry (...) and decided to make a significant career change towards hospitality and never look back...

My early thirties find me running a hospitality business in a peace of family-owned real-estate that was in the market for long-time renting only, for several years. The significant changes in the real estate industry of Greece, combined with the whole new opportunities the digital platforms offer, formed the company PHOENIX ESTATE IKE, the managing company of "Phoenix Beachside Condos".

This property was built originally by my parents and as stated above, was utilised by seasonal or all year long vacation home rental. The switch to "Condo-Hotel" way of operating required a high upgrade in the provided services, a large-scale renovation and maintenance and of course 100% dedication.

With all that done, the summer of 2017 the property was up and running and made a dynamic launch in the industry...We went by the name "Phoenix Beachside Condos" as a tribute to the huge palm tree (Phoenix means palm tree in ancient Greek) that decorated our nearby summer house, and was planted by our late father back in the 1970ies.

Unfortunately the original "Phoenix" died from a severe warm-infection that killed many palm trees in Greece back in 2009, and this corporate identity was our way of resurrecting this beloved palm-tree and what it represents for us, by making it the logo of our family business...

First of all we are located just one hour driving from Athens and about 1 hour and a half directly from Athens International Airport, where there is a direct connection with the Suburban Railway (Kiato Station). Additionally we provide free pickup service from the railway station (station "Zevgolation" or "Kiato"), or a direct airport shuttle for a small fee...

"Phoenix Bechside Condos" lies in a green location of 3,5 acres, full of plants, flowers and we even have several olive trees in the back, near the Parking area. Our outside premises are ideal for nice walks, and are perfectly safe for children, since the entrance door can be closed for extra-safety if needed.

Additionally, the awarded sea of Kokkoni village is marvellous and just one minute away by foot...

Regarding sightseeing, we are lucky enough to have several ruin sites and museums really close, so travellers that want to know more about the rich cultural history of the area, are in for a treat.

All our condos, have breath taking view to the Corinthian Bay from the one side, and to the Mountain Corinthia on the back side. For our "Lux" condos we even have swings on the balconies that will give you endless quality time swinging, relaxing and enjoying the view, whilst a light sea-breeze swings you along ...

Last but not least, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, (oven, kitchenware, large refrigerator) so you can get the best out of the quality local products the area has to offer. Nonetheless, the surrounding area has lots of taverns, restaurants, and fast food delivery services, if you feel like laying on the beach all day...
