Welcome to your modern vacation home in Goodyear, Arizona! This home is located within minutes of spring training stadiums, major shopping venues like the Westgate Entertainment District, and premier golf courses like the Golf Club of Estrella! This home is also perfectly equipped for your longer stay out here with full kitchen essentials, and a community pool and pickleball courts for the quieter days when you aren't out exploring all that the valley has to offer!

Situated in the popular Avion at Ballpark Village in central Goodyear, this recently built neighborhood features modern, single-story homes with quick and convenient access to all that the area has to offer.

Guests will use a remote lock with a personalized access code for their stay. There will also be an emergency lockbox in case the door code fails for any reason.

Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom home. With that, guests will also have access to the garage, driveway, and the backyard that is attached to the main house.

Guests WILL NOT have access to the casita/addition that is connected to the house and its private entry on the side of the house. There is a door connecting the units in the garage and the main house that will both remain locked. Please do disturb anyone that may be staying in that unit.

Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in central Goodyear, Arizona! This spacious and comfortable residence is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a getaway to Arizona to enjoy all that the valley has to offer!

BEDROOMS: This home consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a King bed, the second with a Queen, and the last having two XL single beds. Each bed is adorned with brand new linens, pillows, and mattresses to keep you comfortable the entire time.

BATHROOM: Enjoy the convenience of two well-appointed bathroom in our home. Each bathroom will be stocked with some basic necessities to get you started during your stay.

LIVING ROOM: The living room provides a nice, open atmosphere with plenty of seating, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment.

KITCHEN: This modern and updated kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, equipped with basic culinary needs, and has bar top style seating open to the living allowing for everyone to keep the fun and association going during meal times!

DINING AREA: In addition to the bar top counter, there is also a dining table in the same space providing ample dining area for everyone.

COMMUNITY: The community features a pool, playground for the kids, and pickleball courts that will be available for you to use during your stay.

PARKING: Our driveway and garage can accommodate two cars each. There is also an EV charging port inside the garage.

No mailbox key provided. Please have all packages or mail delivered directly to the house, or to general delivery at the local USPS office. Any packages that need to be retrieved from the mailbox by your host will result in a $25 charge after the first occurrence.

Some things to note about the property:
- The garage has a EV charger port. It does NOT come with the charger itself.
- The house has a casita/addition that is connected to the main house. It is currently rented separately(until Jan 2026 roughly). Access to that unit is on the other side of the house and interior access is locked so that no one is disturbed.
- The casita does NOT use the garage or driveway so those remain yours for the duration of your stay.
- There will be a $100 charge for replacing the pool/community fob.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING.
