Relax poolside and stargaze in heated pool and hot tub!

Welcome to Estrella Mountain in Goodyear, AZ. This private home gives you plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. Enjoy the private resort-style backyard with large saltwater and UV sanitizing system pool and Spa! Get outside and enjoy Estrella Mountain with Nicklaus-designed Troon golf course, tennis/pickle-ball, world class hiking & mountain biking trails, neighborhood playgrounds and parks, and much more.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable.

We don't have cable, but you will be able to stream your favorite shows/movies using your account on our 65in and 55in smart TVs.

Access: home is equipped with smart lock. You will be given access code to access the home.

Pool and Spa heating will be extra fee. This charge will be handled separately as a payment request and will not be included in the initial booking.

Pool safety: The sliding door leading to the backyard is self-closing and has raised handle to open. Please follow pool rules.

Bbq grill: High end natural gas Weber grill/smoker is ready for your grilling pleasure.

Towels, linens, and toiletries provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 7am.

Guests are responsible for all damages they cause to the property and incidentals incurred on their behalf.

The property has outdoor security cameras in the front, side and back for the pool equipment NOT point towards the interior.

*Any smoking and/or pets in home will automatically result in FULL DEPOSIT being kept. Thank you for understanding*

Our hosts the Kim’s were amazing to work with. The pool and hot tub perfect. 4 bedrooms and an office. Super clean. Well stocked. Newer up and coming area of SW Phoenix. Don’t really need to leave Estrella.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood! Perfect getaway

If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway away from distraction this house is perfect. It’s well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Pool is stunning, neighborhood is extremely peaceful. I highly recommend!

Perfect place!

This house was very clean and one of the best stocked houses we’ve ever stayed in! The backyard is beautiful and peaceful, located in a great neighborhood and thoughtfully stocked. The owner is incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend!

Family fun and sun!

Our family loved our getaway. This home was perfect with plenty of room for privacy and family time. The house has all the necessities plus homey touches like coffee and tea. The backyard pool, spa, patio and mini golf provided hours of relaxing and fun. Mr. Kim was a wonderful host. All questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended if you’re traveling to Phoenix area. We cannot wait to be back for another great escape! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great family holiday

Our adult children and their family came with us. All the things a family would need were at the house. There were things for all of us to do and the outdoor space was as perfect. The owners were great to communicate with, made the whole process so easy. We would stay again anytime.

Gorgeous house

We enjoyed our stay at Choung’s beautiful home. The house was so clean. We had everything we needed, which was so nice. The house was gorgeous and so comfortable. The outside backyard was so nice and clean and so was the pool and the Jacuzzi. The neighborhood was also nice and located in a nice area. I would definitely stay there again! The Most of a Host

Peaceful retreat

We stayed at this location for a week during my son’s baseball tournament. The house and property are beautiful and clean. The location was very peaceful. It was pretty central to all of the spring training facilities, about 30 min drive. I would definitely recommend this place! The owners were very prompt with all responses and had great dining recommendations.
