Single-level, private entrance, 900 sf, everything BRAND-NEW inside: Beds, Large Flat Screens, fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. About a 15 minute drive to Siesta Beach or Downtown Sarasota. Walk to restaurants, CineBistro, LA Fitness, Barnes & Nobles, Publix, Trader Joe's & Aldi. No car needed. Walkscore: 70. Extremely safe neighborhood, very quiet too. Nice outside patios in front and back. Walgreens right down the street for last minute needs.

This cozy villa has recently been painted and furnished. Flexible check-in/check-out via smart lock technology. Great location off the key that's still close enough but without the crazy traffic. You'll really love being able to walk to so many cool places.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or text away. You will will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

Very close to the Siesta Key North bridge. Neighborhood in super central location so you'll be where you want to go in no time at all.

Good and quaint

Overall it fit our needs. Having Walgreens in a sixty second walking distance was a lifesaver. Especially when we ran out of toilet paper on day three of our stay. The really helpful information binder in the unit instructed us to contact the property manager if we ran out of TP but when we did, they said they supply 2-3 rolls and that would be enough for our five night stay. We were supplied a partial roll on the dispenser and one additional roll, not 2-3. All in all, it’s a minor expense, but don’t state that in your instructional binder then deny us when we reach out. Bad customer service. Anyway, cute little place, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Fifteen minute drive to the beach — spend the money on the uber because it’s tough to find a parking spot. But uber will drop you right up front and off you go!

Anniversary get away

We usually visit Destin, this summer we skipped planning my sons wedding in October. After the tragic and very unexpected death of our son 55 days before his wedding, we chose to come further south feom Texas to heal, celebrate 26 years of marriage and relax. The house was what we needed, plus for a family ready to prepare meals. We hope to bring our adult kids and daughter in love this direction for a change of scenery. We will not have a problem coming back to stay at this location. We accessed all beaches.

Comfortable Getaway

Very clean, the property is as described, a few minutes from the beach. Close to restaurants and places to shop, figure on time when busy season traffic was back to back. I’d recommend this place.

Cozy clean place to stay

Very impressed with the cleanliness the moment we stepped inside. We had a very enjoyable time and no complaints; besides that a washer and dryer upgrade would be great. Overall it’s the perfect place.

This was our first time renting a house, and we had a wonderful time. It much easier and comfortable and the owner had communication with us all the time. Everything that we needed was there. Also a Walgreens was very close by.

I love the Cottage, I had a great stay! It Was my first experience to stay in a cottage not a hotel, I felt as in my home. It Was so easy to check in and out! Wonderful location

Small but so perfect! Our family had a wonderful time relaxing after a long day at the beach and around siesta keys. Only complaint we had was we couldn't make the place as ice cube as home 😂. But I swear inside we are penguins. Loved our stay and the owners were wonderful! Thank you again for letting us check in early. We had a rough drive in. Got a flat 10 min from our breakfast spot.

Great location

This was a great location, close to everything we wanted. We were lucky enough to be able to extend for a few days due to a weather delay up north. They were responsive to a minor issue we had and were fantastic. The ability to do laundry (they even had laundry soap) was so great! Be aware this is a duplex, so we did try to be aware of neighbors to ensure we didn't disturb them. Highly recommend.

Great proximity to Siesta Key area

We had a great check in and check out process and the owner was very responsive to all communication with any issues we had. The property was very convenient to the Siesta Key/Lido Key/etc areas, which is what we were there for. The convenience of having the beach chairs and towels available was a big plus. My only complaints would be related to cleanliness. There were several dirty glasses that appeared to have been used and put back into the cabinet without washing, the shower curtain liner and bathroom rugs were very dirty and looked like they needed to be replaced, our feet and socks were dirty after walking on the hard floors, and the unit smelled strongly the whole time we were there, perhaps from an animal of some kind that was there previously. The cleanliness issues were very bothersome to me, but the convenience of the location, the quiet neighborhood, and the responsiveness of the owner made the stay enjoyable despite the issues mentioned.

Malgré qu’il y ai des lits pour 4 personnes il n’y a que 3 chaises autour de la table. Il manque des cintres dans les garde-robes. Manque quelques ustensils. À part ces quelques inconvénients les lits sont très confortables (manque des tables de chevet dans la petite chambre) Et tout était impeccable

Great place to stay

Stay at Liberty Ave

As advertised, the location is in a central location, about 15 minutes drive to Siesta Key, and within walking distance to grocery, Walgreens, a few restaurants, etc. We were there to visit family who live less than a mile from this property, so for our purposes was ideal.

Wonderful experience

This was our first experience using VRBO. We stayed just shy of 3 weeks on a house hunting trip which was successful. The listing/property was as described. The Host was very kind and extremely responsive. The property is very, VERY convenient to all things Sarasota! A very comfortable and pleasant place to stay for sure. Neighbors were friendly too. Certainly glad for our choice in this property and thankful for the kindness of the Host.
