Updated and well-equipped cozy home with modern furnishings and appliances. 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with an eat-in kitchen, relaxing sun room, and comfy living room. We are pet-friendly with a fully fenced-in yard. Stream your favorite shows or work virtually with our high-speed WIFI. Grab the provided beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy Lido Key or Siesta Key Beaches both within a short drive. Wind down & grab drinks/dinner in downtown Sarasota or relax in the amazing backyard on the patio or sitting around the fire pit. Several golf courses nearby or catch Orioles spring training at Ed Smith stadium within walking distance. Ride the free Bayshore Trolley to the beach and avoid parking, or take advantage of the bike/scooter rental service and get around town, or ride the newly completed Legacy Trail leaving the bike or scooter right at the house when you are done.

Spring training

We stayed here for a week to go to a couple of spring training games. Stadium was a 5 minute drive so close to downtown and beaches. Easy to check in and place was great.

Sweet House!

Really clean and well-appointed. Comfy beds and bedding. The dogs LOVED chasing each other around the large back yard. Also, very central to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Comfort

This was a cozy comfortable place. We loved the charm of the original house blended nicely with updated kitchen and outdoor space. Our pups, Walter and Mable, loved the fenced in yard and settled right in. Easy access to Ringling museum. Would absolutely stay here again!

We came to visit with my husband’s sister. He turned 80 and wanted to be on the beach. Great location for beaches shopping and restaurants. Interior was beautiful! First class appliances and cookware. Loved the blue kitchen! We would stay here again

I Loved It we made s’mores there was utensils. The only thing I did not like about it is that there is only one bathroom and they didn’t change the bed sheets.

The home is very clean and organized! There was everything thing we needed & more! It was a great place to bring our pup! Also, we are so grateful we could bring our dog with no pet fee!! Close to where we needed. Simple joy!

Great communication responses from property managers. I forgot body wash and there was this available! We made s'mores over the fire pit, I enjoyed the table on the patio and was grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and bags. The mango tree in back was bonus. The room with the wallpaper beds are small, but my husband and I fit fine in one. Bathroom is a mix of older and new.... and I loved it!

Perfect Place for Dogs and People Too

We sometimes struggle finding a place that will nicely accommodate our golden retriever Lillie. This spot was perfect for her (fenced yard full of great smells, space to run and play, and security), and also quite nice for the humans. Great location. Property on a quiet residential street. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped (boogie boards, beach chairs and towels too). Kitchen had everything one would need to make any kind of meal. Even some spices were provided. There were even grill and fire pit equipment to cook with and to roast marshmallows. Nicely renovated kitchen and nice laundry set up. Trevor communicated well and check in and out was easy and uneventful. Really liked the space and will stay again when I come to visit the area.

We loved staying here

Finding a place where I can bring my dogs is difficult, so I was extremely happy when I came across this. Check in was extremely easy, and the house was the perfect size for my family. The beds were really comfortable and soft for me. My husband likes to sleep on a rock, so he was iffy about it, but he was fine. 😂 The neighborhood was really nice and peaceful. We came down to go to the beach and while I did still have to drive to get there, it wasn't that bad. Most everything we needed was a short drive away and we loved being able to have food delivered when we didn't feel like going out. The fenced in yard was an absolute life saver. I could just let my girls out and not have to worry about them. My youngest dog absolutely had a blast chasing lizards in the back yard. The hosts were truly wonderful and got back to me without issue if I had any questions. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you for having us. ☺

Very nice cottage within minutes of shopping. Nice fenced in backyard that my dogs enjoyed. The house had loads of.charm and it had everything we needed, plus lots we didn’t. I loved the way it was decorated!

We are from Colorado and are avid skiers, hikers, and dog lovers. We enjoy sharing our house with others which is why being a host has been so beneficial. We continue to improve because of the feedback we get, but we take great pride in providing our guests with the best possible experience. We know how stressful it can be to travel with pets which is why we do not charge extra for bringing them along.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 1 mile from downtown. The neighbors are amazing and are willing to strike up a conversation. The backyard is fully fenced in with a nice patio with patio lights, a grill, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. It is one of the most peaceful places you will find, and in fact many times I work outside on my computer sitting under the shade of the mango tree. Everything is close by and easy to get to.

We are a pet-friendly family home that is in the perfect quiet and relaxing location. We are close to beaches including a dog-friendly beach. There are parks and dog parks close by as well as several restaurants, The Orioles spring training baseball stadium, and the completely re-constructed Bobby Jones golf course. It is the perfect jumping-off point for anything that you want to do in Sarasota and the surrounding areas.
