Welcome to this family fun pool house! This 3BR/2BA gem feels like visiting your favorite relative—the one who always makes you feel right at home.
Open the french doors to the sunroom and let the sun shine in!
View the large in ground saltwater pool paradise & backyard
Stretch out in the big cozy living room with an electric in wall fireplace and full-size TV
Whip up meals in the kitchen; full coffee bar & open seating,
Grill outside the sunroom and watch the kids play while the grown ups sip on cold tea ( or somethiing like that!) in the screened in sunroom.
Primary bedroom has ensuite bath with a rain shower head
Keyless entry, private off-street parking, & yes-you can bring your (well-behaved) pup too!
We are NOT on Pensacola beach! We are not downtown Pensacola. We ARE an easy 21 miles to the sugar white sands of Pensacola beach. Easy peezy to pack up and go for a day trip to the beach, and return to your private oasis and pool here, away from the crowds , away from the noise.
Nothing in Pensacola is very far away!!
This is a family home that has been warmly redecorated with room for everyone to gather together or retreat to their own room, the sunroom or the outside pool area!
NOTE: We provide a full kitchen, full refrigerator. You are welcome to BYOB, stock up on your favorite snacks or eat out in one of the many interesting restaurants in Pensacola.

As a busy hard working professional couple, we wanted to make sure that we don't let life just slip by us. Spending down time together and time with family is precious and important to us, and we want to make sure that we enjoy those moments. We shopped in Pensacola and saw this beautiful home and knew that we wanted to enjoy our time here. We love everything this house has to offer including the deep inground saltwater pool, and we love the quiet neighborhood. Being a short drive to the beach is an added bonus for us and it's so convenient to head downtown and find different restaurants, festivals and other things to do. We want to share these moments with other families to make sure that you also enjoy your precious time together away from the hub bub of life and away from the crowds. Welcome!

If you do not want to be in the crowds and the traffic at the beach...but you do want a quality affordable family vacation, then this is the place for you and your family or your group of best friends.
If you want to go to the sugar white sand Pensacola beaches, it's just a quick 35 minute drive to the shore!
It is easy to get to the beaches, or anywhere in Pensacola.
Here you have your own fenced in backyard, screened in sunroom, ample backyard with gorgeous deep blue in ground saltwater pool. Everything is right here for you to walk in, drop your bags in everybody's room, and gather together in the open area kitchen, living and dining area.
Make meals, snacks, laugh, play and create new memories together.
NOTE: please note that the grounds are available for walking. In that light, please be sure that you are physically capable of walking on lawns with typical uneven terrain, and going up and down minimal steps ( 2 -3 steps) to the various decks. Such as the deck to the poolside lounge area.
