Our home was built in 2006 and appointed with beautiful furnishings. We have owned this home since 2013. Every year, we add something to the home to make it better for our family as well as guests. With that in mind, this is not the typical rental home and we look for guests that have the same feeling.

22 Filbert Lodge has four bedroom suites: three have king beds and one with two sets of bunk beds. Every bedroom has its own full tile/granite and slate bathroom making it a wonderful place for one or two families to stay. This was a builder's home with eight foot doors on the main floor, spacious gourmet kitchen with slab granite counter tops, and hickory plank wood floors.

This is a high-end house that feels brand new, and we work to keep it that way. This is not a party house - we encourage fun but not drunk behavior.
As a courtesy to future guests with allergies we have a strict 'no animals' policy.
Our house is totally non-smoking, vaping, etc both in and around the home.
Please no events at our home.
Our housekeeper is also a caretaker and monitors the home while we are away. If she sees concerns, she will notify us.
