Everything was nice, clean, and modern. The hot tub worked and everyone enjoyed having that. This house was super nice and I’d definitely stay here again if needed. We skied at Mt Bachelor and went sledding at Wanoga Sno-Park. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were board games and smart TVs and good WiFi.

We enjoyed a quick stay for spring break. House was spacious and comfortable, with easy access to everything you want in Sunriver.

Fantastic for a big family

We had a great time in Sunriver and at this property. Everything was very clean, very well-stocked, and the bikes and SHARC passes were fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this as a great vacation home for a large single family or multiple families to share.

Lovely, Spacious Home

We had a great stay at this home. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked. The upstairs family room was a hit with our three grown children. We will stay here again.

Enjoyable Weekend

Had a great experience at Lava Top 05. Great house, Super location. A relaxing 15 minute stroll to the SHARC and Village. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a nice, comfortable, quiet, relaxing stay.

This home is updated, in a great location and well maintained. We have stayed at a number of locations in Sunriver and found this home to be the most enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lava Top Lane 05. The proximity to the Village and SHARC was perfect - just a short bike ride away. There was plenty of room in the house and it was fully equipped with everything we needed.

Pretty great place

Overall beautiful home. A few things broken and couldn't get the cable to work so that was a little disappointing but other than that overall a great house! I would stay there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, perfect location.

Weekend Girl's Trip

This house was perfect for our girl's trip. The weather in Bend in the summertime is beautiful and the house was comfortable and large. The walk into Sunriver village is really nice and there are great amenities nearby. Definitely recommend for your next group trip!

Great for large groups

Beautifully maintained and very clean. This home blew away our expectations. It was so comfortable and had room for everyone to have their own space and a large living area to come together for meals. We will definitely come back next year!

Great house and ideal location

This house has great living space and plenty of room. We enjoyed using the bikes. It a quick 25 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor where we did some cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Lots of good family time together.
