5. Surveillance: Security cameras are present on front door. Tampering with cameras leads to cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and removal without refund.

7. House Rules: Maintain property and furnishings in good order. No shoes inside. Shoes worn indoors forfeit damage deposit.

8. Noise: Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors.

9. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the home and garage. Any instances of smoking will result in a $1,000 fine.

10. Parties: Not allowed per Airbnb policy. Hosting a party will result in cancellation, eviction, and deposit forfeiture.

11. Intended Use: Use appliances for their intended purposes only.

12. Damages: Charges apply for broken, stolen, or damaged property at the repair/replacement cost plus 20% service fee.

13. Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping. Do not remove linens, towels, or provided supplies from the unit.

Excellent location and good value. NO luggage storage at all. Parking was definitely scarce or a 2 block walk. Fine except check in and out.Stayed to be near our son and family so basically slept there so worked out.

Hi Jane, thanks for your review but we disagree with your feedback. We never said that there is parking included with the unit. Guest are responsible to find their own parking space and we have plenty of public parking options in the neighborhood. Our unit comes with a bedroom and a hallway closet to store clothes and personal stuff. Not sure how much more of a storage space you were looking for. You never asked or bring up these things during your stay with us. However, we appreciate your stay and wish you good luck.

This place is not as advertised. It’s extremely run down: towel bars and couch is broken. There is staining in the sink/bathtub that looks like mold. The bathroom was dirty and covered in hairs and grime, to the point where it felt incredibly uncomfortable to bathe. There were no bath towels or bath mats out. It smelled like weed covered over by intense cleaning products. Communicating with the host was difficult—they were not prompt with check in details and it got worse from there. When I tried to get them to address the cleaning situation it required a lot of back and forth. When the cleaner finally came, they didn’t actually clean any of the grime. There were still hairs on the walls and tub after they left. I tried to resolve this with the host and they did not make the situation right.

This review is not accurate at all. This guest was looking for a compensation and made up all the stuff. The unit was cleaned twice, we sent our cleaning team back to take care of any issues but this guest was so difficult that she kept on bringing new issues and making stuff up. We will never host her again. Her review is not a true representation of our unit and our service.
