Sleek sophistication meets relaxation. Unwind at this updated, modern, and super clean villa. Away from it all yet centrally located, this remodeled villa is just a half mile from the Seabrook Island Club, golf, the beach, and the Beach Club. Everything has been designed with your comfort and functionality prioritized.

The living area features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable oversized sectional, a large TV, and access to the expansive deck. Guests enjoy their morning coffee or a cocktail at sunset amongst the ancient oaks, palms, and lush greenery.

The kitchen is well-stocked and open to the dining area. The modern breakfast bar offers added seating. The kitchen is stocked with a standard coffee maker. Ample serveware and cookware abounds.

A guest bathroom with shower is right off the hallway.

The master bedroom features a large comfy king bed, and a twin daybed, as well as an ensuite bath.

To make your trips to the shore effortless, the villa comes equipped with four beach chairs.

• BEACH: 0.5 miles away. Four beach chairs are included with your stay.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity Cards included. Access to Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, tennis. Lakehouse outdoor pool accessible too.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. Outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.
• OVERNIGHT GUEST MAX CAPACITY: 4 guests.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: No LSV vehicles are permitted at this property.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: Dog friendly. Pet fee applies.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: $69 Non-Refundable Fee for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. This property has some beach towels (we ask that you launder the beach towels you use), and there is towel service available at the Beach Club.

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this digital card (a QR code system via an app), access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Please ensure that your completed amenity card form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Very nice condo and beautiful Island. If you are looking for southern coastal scenery (beautiful oaks with spanish moss), and pristine beach access this is the place to go. Other positives include access to nature trails and active wildlife on the island. There is also access to the club pool with the amenity access included, which is a short drive. Things to consider would be renting a bike(lots of trails and bike friendly roads) or golf cart ahead of time. I would not consider the beach or pool walkable, especially with beach items and summer heat. There is car parking at club pool and beach access points. There is a river that cuts through the island, with kayak access, that looks like it would be great to paddle. I regret not renting or bringing my own kayak.
