Our overall experience at this property was a 5-6, mainly due to the excellent ocean view and convenient location. The value is in the scenery and proximity to golf/club rather than comfort or amenities. While the home itself was adequate, it felt cold, stark, and somewhat dated.(DECEMBER CHILLY STAY) The listing would benefit from greater transparency, such as clarifying that the beach is not directly accessible from the boardwalk shown in the photos, and that the upstairs suite is actually an open loft—meaning there is no way to block out noise or light from the rest of the condo. morning sunlight is unavoidable. Noise from the upstairs bathroom also carries throughout the space.The bathrooms were functional but quirky. Given the price point, we expected mid- to high-range basics, some shortcomings: beds were fine/n frills, soap was not provided, pillows were few, extra blankets were limited to light cotton bedspreads (not ideal for cold nights), and the towels were old and well used.Suggestions for Owners:- Upgrade towels, linens, and add more quality pillows- Provide extra blankets/bedding suitable for colder nights- Ensure basic supplies are included: soap, tissues, and kitchen staples- Clarify listing details for beach access and loft setupTips for Future Renters:- Bring an eye mask/ if you’re sensitive to light- Consider bringing extra blankets, pillows, linens, soaps etc. -Know ahead of time that you need to provide all comforts.
