House Rule – Thermostat Use:
To help us maintain energy efficiency and avoid overuse of the HVAC system, we kindly ask that the thermostat not be set below 70°F.

All used towels must be placed in the washer.

All trash must be taken out to the trash bin including bathroom trash.

If house needs Excessive cleaning there will be a charge.
