Authentic Designer Home in Ocean Beach with 5 bedrooms awaits. Sleeps 10 Very Comfortably. This charming stylish home features 2 king beds, 2 full beds, 2 twin trundle beds & two full bed pull out couches. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3.5 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, everyone can freshen up comfortably. My favorite is the Ideal kids loft or use as an inspirational work space perched overlooking a large and inviting pool. This space comes complete with a tv and 2 additional twin bean bag beds. Enjoy a sun drenched sitting room in the master suite, complete with an additional fridge. We are confident you'll enjoy your stay at our phenomenal beach house. Challenge yourself with chess or is golf your game? We offer a small portable putting game, and tennis rackets to be used at the local court. Dazzle your guests with a homemade pizza, all necessary utensils are included. The perfectly manicured property and outdoor space is equipped with an outdoor bar, ice machine, coolers, a large built in pool and hot tub which creates an ideal venue for entertaining. End your day with an outdoor shower under the sun. This sanctuary is secluded behind giant evergreen trees. Your ideal Ocean Beach getaway is steps from a thriving town with the most amount of bars, boutiques and restaurants on Fire Island. It’s definitely our happy place and we’re confident it will be yours.

We bought this house from a passion for hospitality. We love to entertain and this home is ideal on every level. Our home is designed with treasures that we’ve gathered from around the world, from statues & accessories to furnishings and everything in between. No detail has been missed. It’s a place that inspires engagement. Use our pizza oven for pizza making competitions, spark up the bbq for casual dining around the pool or use our extra electric grill to make a large stack of buttery pancakes for a lazy morning by the pool. Our little portable putting green has been used outside and inside for a healthy competition. Guests can enjoy a bike ride through the various communities… A stop at the seaview markets a must! Load your basket to gather your haul of fresh produce for the day on your bike… or go big and fill one of two wagons provided… great steaks too for a sophisticated dinner.
Beach chairs? Umbrellas? Sunscreen? We have it all waiting for our guests. Don’t forget your beach towel. When you return, there is a full outdoor bathroom complete with a shower and an outdoor shower to refresh under the sun! My favorite way to rinse off before soaking in the hot tub.

Ocean beach is the unofficial capitol of Fire Island. Home to the most amount of boutiques, bars, and restaurants. This pedestrian community is safe, very family friendly and welcoming. Check the village web site for a calendar of events to keep everyone entertained from live music, to trivia night, dueling pianos, bitchy bingo 😩5k runs, yoga, Zumba, cake wars, comedy nights, tennis, pickle ball, softball, basketball, fishing, scavenger hunts and more. If that’s not enough, bike over to Ocean Bay park for delicious Thai food, or jump into the party scene at Flynn’s to experience well known Djs on Sunday afternoons. For kids there are crab races at Schooners, a community tradition where winners get ice cream.

Our home is secluded behind gates, but steps from town and a stroll to the beach. Our guests love the for flexibility to be close to town, yet far enough away to have a very peaceful night of sleep in our Egyptian cotton sheets and sumptuous bright white bedding. Ocean Beach offers something for everyone. Bring colorful chalk for the little ones to get creative on the sidewalks. Before long they’ll be setting up lemonade stands with our wagons in town barefoot in all of their innocence. Teens love the freedom and independence to walk into town while adults love the carefree idea of partying without the hassle of driving. Older adults find themselves on benches people watching or sitting by the bay watching the sunset, a community tradition!
