A pocos pasos del Océano Atlántico y la ciudad de Ocean Beach, esta espaciosa casa familiar de cuatro (4) habitaciones puede alojar cómodamente a 8 adultos y 2 niños, y ofrece un plano de planta abierto, con dos baños completos y, por supuesto, un hermoso Ducha exterior.

Hay 2 dormitorios abajo y 2 dormitorios principales de arriba. Cada habitación de arriba tiene toneladas de ventanas y una puerta corrediza de vidrio que se abre a su propio balcón. Le invitará a sentarse y disfrutar de su café de la mañana o tomar el sol de la mañana o de la tarde.

La cocina está abierta al comedor y sala de estar con una península con capacidad para 4 y una gran mesa de granja con capacidad para 8 adicionales. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas y una maravillosa chimenea y aire acondicionado.

The home is very comfortable, well-thought out, and clean. A nice blend of casual chic. The pool is delicious, especially for the days when ocean swimming is not an option. We found the host extremely responsive and accomodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay

The property made our stay very comfortable. It was great to have a place to come back to that was clean and spacious. There were plenty of beds and could accommodate many. The pool area is beautiful with many places to sit and hang out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hosts, great place with comfortable layout, excelent location. Clean and has all you need. Perfect chill atmosphere with great privatr yard with pool to relax, bbq etc. We brought our 4 adult children, 3 married and two young grandkids. All were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location perfect beach house

We stayed with our friends and family for memorial day weekend and had a wonderful experience. House was as described and did not disappoint. Great location for walking into the village and the beach. The plunge pool was an added bonus. Would rent again for sure.

Wonderful house!

The pictures don’t even do it justice. What a great well maintained summer house. The backyard deck and pool was great for hosting a summer BBQ. We had family and friends come for a day each and it’s a 5 minute walk to the ferry and 5 houses away from the strip of restaurants. The outdoor shower was a huge plus. The house was stocked with all the beach essentials and even bikes to borrow. Dont skip out on this rental.

Location is perfect!

This comfortable and cozy house is steps from town and an easy walk to the beach. Enough beds for the whole crew! New washer/dryer and downstairs bathroom. Loved the open layout in kitchen/great room. Kitchen cabinets a bit dated but everything worked fine. We preferred the outdoor shower to the indoor ones because of lack of door/curtains. Deck was lovely! Linda was extremely responsive to the minor issues that came up. We had a great time!

Great Fire Island get-a-away

We had a great experience at this lovely home. Having never rent on Fire Island before we really weren’t sure about locations and accommodations. This house was a home run on both. Short walk to town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Linda was so accommodating and answered our text so quickly. Some family came out for the day and now we want to make it an annual event! Thanks for everything!!

Great space and location!

Large spacious dining room and living room made it easy for family to be together. Outdoor patio with BBQ and outdoor shower (with hot water) was awesome! Close to the bay and night life, short walk to the beach. We loved this house!

Wonderful stay

Adorable house - pictures are accurate. Only a few minutes walk to main area of Ocean Beach with restaurants, bars, and shops but is quiet and feels private with tall sea grass hedges. Less than 10 min walk to beach. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and bath towels for everyone. Umbrella and bikes also available. Hosts were responsive and nice.

Chris/Linda's home is incredible. Clean, well-located, and perfectly organized for a FI home. There were 5 adults and a 10-month old in the home and there was more than enough room. Communication with Linda was A+ and my family has already talked about trying to stay in this beautiful home again. Thanks again Linda-

Great house and great hosts!

House is awesome! Great open layout and stocked with plenty dishes, pots, pans, etc. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The house is in a perfect location. Chris and Linda are super nice, easily reached and very responsive. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Comfortable house in great location

Everything was easy and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. We had lovely BBQs out on the deck, rode the bikes all over the place, enjoyed the beach chairs, which there are enough of for lots of people. We were only three but I can definitely see coming back with a group someday!

FI Wedding Weekend Rental

We loved our stay on Fire Island and enjoyed the house. We were there for a long weekend, my daughter was getting married! At times it was just my husband and I with a couple of nights with my grown daughter. The location was great for us being close to the town. We celebrated the wedding at Maguires which was awesome. The owner Linda was so easy to contact when needed, the house was clean and nicely decorated and the bed was more comfortable than my own at home. I would definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Chris and Linda are great hosts. The house was very comfortable and deck was the perfect place to hangout. When not at the beach, we were on the deck grilling and catching up rest and relaxation. We Look forward to our return.

Great Stay!

Linda and Chris are great hosts and you can see that they take great pride in their house. Their communication prior to and during the stay was excellent. The property was just as advertised and very close to town. The house was clean comfortable and A/C in all rooms works great! Everything in the house worked well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay their again!

Beyond Beautiful Week

I booked this home for a week with friends and family and we had a very exceptional experience while we were there. The home was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards with a large outdoor area and there was plenty of seating and sleeping area for all of us. When you walk through the door the open floorplan makes this home extra inviting. Also the homeowners were very friendly and responsive with any questions or concerns I had from the start. Highly recommended !! 10/10

Bungalow birthday getaway

Great place, wonderfully conscientious and communicative host. Our family enjoyed this well situated and comfortable home on a perfect early fall weekend. Great beds, great common space, lovely outdoor shower. Much to recommend the house! Lastly, Ocean Beach is quiet and just fantastic in September.

A great week on bungalow

We had such a great experience with home away and with these home owners in particular. We have been going out to the island for 15 years and have always dealt with brokers. We found this process much smoother, although it helped that we were familiar with the house and neighborhood. Linda was super responsive and even checked in on us during a storm. All around great experience. The only reason I gave four stars for the listing is because the map placed the house in the middle of the bay. That’s probably a home away issue but since we recognized the house we knew where it was located. The house itself was great. Wonderful fire island feel, very clean and well maintained. The house is steps from town and only two blocks from the ocean. The house was great for kids because the playground, bay and market are practically right outside your doorstep. House came equipped with everything we needed, including sand bikes, a kids bike and a scooter! Those are rare finds. All in all, great experience and a great vacation!!
