Una casa costera de estilo boutique ubicada en Pacific Beach, junto al impresionante monte. Soledad, a minutos de la playa, restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna DIVERTIDA de PB y Mission Beach. Ubicado en el centro de todas las atracciones de San Diego y a menos de 20 minutos del aeropuerto.

Casa privada de DOS DORMITORIOS / 1 BAÑO con estacionamiento en la entrada.

Cada espacio ha sido cuidadosamente diseñado con comodidades. En la planta superior, la cocina Chefs totalmente equipada fluye directamente a la sala de estar, donde puede relajarse junto a la chimenea en el sofá de gran tamaño. Las vistas de la bahía de San Diego en el balcón superior es donde tiene opciones adicionales de asientos y comidas con cortinas estilo cabaña para crear su propio rincón privado.

En el nivel inferior:
El patio trasero y la zona de barbacoa albergan nuestro acogedor jardín "nido". El lugar perfecto y tranquilo para tomar un café por la mañana o para acomodarse alrededor del fuego de gas en las noches.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de tamaño King Ca, vestidor, barra de ropa / perchas, ventilador, portaequipajes y una unidad de A / C portátil.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas Queen, una cómoda, un escritorio, una barra de ropa / perchas, portaequipajes y una unidad de aire acondicionado en la ventana.

We really loved our stay here! Everything is exactly as pictured the listing, it’s well stocked with everything you could need, it was very clean, and the check-in/check-out process was so easy. Plus the owner was so detail oriented and wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Pacific Beach!

Well appointed and very nice, comfortable beds

Very well appointed nice 2 bedroom condo. Steep stairs to upper level kitchen a little hard to manage for older people and awkward front door only issues.

Outstanding place

We had 3 small children all under 3. Trip was due to youngest needing surgery. This house made a stressful situation absolutely magical. The garden was great to relax in and the kids to play. This is a kid friendly house.

Wonderful Retreat!

My family of 4 stayed here over Christmas, it was the perfect home-away-from-home, getaway. The house was decorated so nicely. The kitchen was Fully loaded with all the aminities to make home cooked meals for my son (who we were visiting). Seriously, a nicely equipped kitchen for anything you want to make! The decor was top notch, not too much, not too little, but just right. I loved the little outdoor area from the master bedroom! If only it wasn’t so cold while we were there I would’ve been out there more!!! The bedrooms were perfect. Beds were comfy, bathroom so nice. The entire house smelt good and looked so welcoming. I truly felt I had luxury aminities, that I wouldn’t get at a hotel.Im so glad we stayed there and would stay again in a heart beat. The location is also so close to so many things!!! Heather, you were great trying to accommodate us! And I was so exciited to see a Christmas tree there- you really did a great job! Thank you so very much!

Relaxing and cozy pad.

Great space for a cozy gathering. Easy access to freeway but really quite at the same time. I had wonderful nights of long sleep that I needed. Instructions left by owners were very helpful. I will strongly recommend this property to friends.

Wonderful stay

We were in town for a wedding on Coronado and visiting friends in La Jolla so this location and the house was a perfect location for a wonderful stay. The house is quiet, relaxing and extremely clean. I wish we had more time to enjoy the lovely yard and the front deck. The front deck is perfect for a morning coffee and breakfast. You have a glimpse of San Diego bay as well. While we didn’t do much cooking I noticed the kitchen was well stocked. The air conditioning and fans were definitely used given how hot it was during our stay. Thanks for the lovely stay.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend it! The house is just as described. The owners are neat, organized and the house is well equipped. Nothing was a problem and owners were very responsive and helpful. Lovely neighborhood for long walks and ocean views.

Great Getaway

Very well-appointed! Beautifully decorated and I could swear the owners live here because you need absolutely nothing. Great balcony and backyard for relaxing--great TV, comfortable couch and nice beds and linens. Quiet neighborhood and your own parking space. Owners are welcoming and responsive. Never used the fire pit or grill so I'll need to come back to try it out! I would definitely stay here again.

B-Day get away

Very nice property. Roomy inside and out. Property owner very organized and everything was super easy to find. Response back from property owner was almost immediate with no issues.

Much needed family vacation

We were smitten with this secret spot by the sea. The views and fresh air were calming after the long drive from Vegas. Anything we could possibly need was provided by the host, so much so that we never needed to contact her. Every question was answered in the guide, from where to get groceries to where the best places nearby are to eat, even where they keep an extra high chair for guests. Traveling with a nine year old and a six month old is not an easy task but this home made it easy and was accomedating to our needs.

Just as beautiful in person!

The pictures are a great representation of the listing. The home was clean and ready for us upon arrival. There were even kids toys and a pack & play! Owner provided portable AC units as well. Easy beach access just 10-15 minutes away. Awesome firepit area in the backyard with foliage surrounding it, but tons of spiders...which should be expected for such an area. Not a big deal—just grab the broom and knock down the spiderwebs. Lastly, the garage must be set up as a guesthouse because the owner stayed in there while we were in the main house...just thought that was interesting and worth mentioning, but it had no effect on our stay whatsoever. This home provided us a perfect weekend getaway. We hope to return soon. Definitely recommended for a nice quiet family stay.

Perfect place for our golf trip

Heather was great to rent from. There was plenty of communication before we got there. The 6 pack of Stella waiting for us in the fridge was a nice touch, thank you. The location was close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The house was clean and the beds we’re comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

New Year Vacation

This property was in a great location for the zoo, Mission Bay, and the airport. The house was wonderful! We really loved the nest area in the backyard where we were able to sit around a fire, and all of the small details that made this house unique. The property manager, Heather, answered all of our questions quickly, and was very helpful. Great place to stay!!

GREAT CLEAN RENTAL

Heather had everything you could think of! The house was clean and perfect for our family of three. The location was close to everything about 10 mins to downtown or beach. I would definitely stay again.

Nice place to relax after a long day at the beach

What a great spot to take in all that San Diego has to offer and be able to come back to a nice home with all the furnishings :). Everything you think you'll need is provided. Beds are comfortable and big :). There are nice outdoor seating spaces and plenty of towels. The location is great. We spent lots of time in Balboa Park, Mission Beach and Belmont Park, our kids had a blast!

Beautiful home, central location!

My family and I stayed here for a week and had such a fun time! The house was PERFECT. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amentities you would need to make for a luxurious stay. The house was beautiful and in a perfect central location. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Heather was very hospitable and stayed connected with us our entire stay. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Our home spoke to our hearts at first sight. Modern with a California eclectic style, there is a cozy and tranquil soul to it. Boutique in vision, we really wanted everyone to feel as lucky as we do to live, work and play in Pacific Beach!

There are so many types of birds in this quiet neighborhood, that you often forget you are coastal. The salt air smells so good and its very easy to get lost in a lazy afternoon nap here.
