Live like the locals do! This neighborhood offers an authentic local experience. The area has the charm of island life, which includes the occasional sound of a rooster, dog and/or friendly neighbors.

The space
Recently renovated 2nd-floor studio apartment with its own separate entrance. The downstairs home has tenants who use the main gate entrance.

This is a non-smoking/vaping and drug-free property. Cigarettes, Vape, Marijuana, drugs, etc. are not allowed in the property.

The property is equipped with a back-up water cistern and a backup battery to power up essentials: cell phone, wall fan, refrigerator and a lamp.

Lockbox key for main gate. 2nd Floor Studio with keyless door entry. One parking space reserved in front of the house.
Other things to note
AIR MATTRESS size twin is available for a 3rd guest. Additional fee is $15.

TRANSPORTATION: To schedule airport transport and/or tours of the west coast book online with WELAS Transport.

INTERNET/WIFI/NETFLIX: These services are offered as a courtesy to all our guests without any extra fees, according to the availability of the service provider. We take no responsibility and will not be providing any refunds/credits if the provider has problems with the service or any outages in the area.

POWER AND WATER: Our apartment is connected and depends exclusively on public service utilities of electricity and water service of Puerto Rico's power and water companies: AAA, AEE & Luma. Reservations are confirmed in acknowledgment that the interruption of these services caused by the provider(s) will not result in the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. In case of interruptions, the home is equipped with a backup water cistern and backup battery to power up the following essential items: wall fan, cell phone/laptop/tablet, and refrigerator. In case of power outages, the hot water, AC, and TV will not be available.
