Pool

If you’d like to enjoy a heated pool, we offer pool heating at $150 per day for a minimum of full stay, with the pool set to 80 degrees for your comfort. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.

The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.

For your safety and peace of mind, there are security cameras located at the front door and facing the driveway. These are strictly for external monitoring—there are no cameras inside the home. Additionally, noise monitors are installed on the exterior of the property. They do not record audio, but simply measure decibel levels to help ensure a quiet environment and prevent unauthorized gatherings. Please note that all City of Scottsdale short-term rental ordinances apply during your stay. Landscaping and pool maintenance services occur 1–2 times per week. While we do our best to minimize disruption, we cannot guarantee the exact days or times they may arrive.



Garage is off limits. Parking will be on the driveway inside the property.



Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at our property!

-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.

-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.

-Send us a photo of your pet

-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.



Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
