Muy lindo y privado apartamento ubicado a solo una cuadra de la avenida Ashford, una cuadra más de la playa urbana más hermosa de Puerto Rico.
El principal con una cama queen size y el segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. Un baño con toallas, champú, etc.
Ubicado en Washington St., San Juan, un barrio animado. A poca distancia del supermercado 24/7, hospital, farmacia, una variedad de restaurantes locales y de moda, hoteles, bares y muy cerca del aeropuerto y del Viejo San Juan.

Disfrute caminando por la zona tranquila y el sol por las mañanas y luego diviértase visitando restaurantes, pubs, etc. en Condado, Viejo San Juan, Isla Verde, Piñones.

No olvides la Calle Loiza, donde puedes encontrar todo tipo de restaurantes: puertorriqueños, mexicanos, internacionales, saludables, a poca distancia.

This apartment matched the description and photos. Host replied to all messages promptly. They accommodated requests to check in a bit early and check out a bit late. We’d stay there again.

Excellent location - All amenities and accommodations exceeded our expectations. Location was great, safe, and within walking distance to so many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to our multiple questions before booking.

My husband and I have been staying at this property every time we visit PR. We really like the location as it is walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, beach and all the amenities that the Condado, Ocean Park and Loíza street offers. The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet which also makes it a good place to work from. Daniel and Jacqueline are great hosts and just a text away when you need them. Highly recommended for your future visit to San Juan.

I am very satisfied and feel extremely comfortable—just like being at home. The rooms are very clean. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The home is located in a secure, gated apartment and is quiet. I will definitely return and hopefully be able to book this home again

The property manager was readily available and very courteous. The location is perfect and in a nice neighborhood very close to restaurants and a supermarket, el Condado, the beach and a short uber or lyft ride to points of interests including El Viejo San Juan.
