2B/2b Experience a perfect getaway in an amazing modern Mediterranean Apartment

This lady and their group are not good guest, they unfortunately used the Vrbo policías in a bad way. There was a power outage in the city due to an incident in the energy line managed by LUMA, the national company. They call to Vrbo after we have explained the situation that was generalize and out of my hands, and they lied about the scenario facing. The power returns at the end of the day but they have insisted to Vrbo to be relocated. Above that they request and early checkin by 10am and it was granted for free by me. After that they spend 2 nights in the apartment before the incident they had requested 5 times the cash back of what was paid for 2 nights in their bank and Vrbo have accepted 5 times the cash back sterling money from my account. And at the end when I rated them badly they post all this lies as a review. Definitely, not recommended at all.

Monty we thanks your review Sorry you had water pressure problem but that is not an issue of the apartment as you may know Puerto Rico is an island in the middle of the Caribbean that have some infrastructure problem specially with the public water services and the power services provide by LUMA company. That is something that is also explain in our listing to all travelers in order to be aware the in some seasons the water and the power services are inestable. Hope that in you next visit this would not be a problem and sorry for any trouble you may experience. Regards

Unfortunately the kitchen's photos published are truly what you get when you arrived, the kitchen size do not allow a bigger table that is why we have an 8 people table in the private courtyard, that is not small at all. I think that you didn't find the kitchen towels because we have 4 brand new of them in our kitchen, and you never communicated any request anout them during your stay. Next time I recommended you to ask the host if something is missing so we can address your needs as we always do. I'm so sorry that you forget to mention in your review that during our “slow” communication you requested one day before an early check-in and then a late check-out and that both were given for free to you and also that we Were every time pay attention to your needs. I'm glad you have a good time in Puerto Rico.

Hi Lisa, honesty the Neighborhood is not sketchy, at all. We have a pharmacy at 2 blocks, a big supermarket like supermax at 3 blocks, a big Hospital at 3 blocks , the beach at 2 blocks, the post mail office at 3 blocks, the best hotels and casinos of San Juan at 7 blocks, the police station of Calle loiza at 10 blocks, highway entrance at 4 blocks, the international airport at 6 minutes by car, and a street full of modern and popular restaurants and coffee that offers from tradicional to international food and beverages at day-time- like Calle Loiza - only 2 blocks away, plus many discos and bars that works at night just in the same street. And on top of that we are 5 minutes walking from luxury CONDADO area were the top restaurants and fashion stores, best beach’s and 5star hotels of San Juan are located. So I really think that the BEST quality of my apartment is specially the Neighborhood and it’s location, that allows guest from all kinds (young, old, singles, couples, or families) to have the perfect vacation and a big variety of options. On the other hand sorry that you didn’t like not having an on-site parking, but that is what we published and sell, it is clearly explain in the listing, so I think that is not something to dislike or complain about it. And about the Low water pressure in the apartment, I am so sorry to hear that just after you left and not before, but I don’t think that was a problem of my apartment because in January 2023 we have made the bathrooms all new; sometimes -since Puerto Rico is an island- the weather conditions and other variants like ocasional “vertederos” affects the water service, and the pressure is down in all the Neighborhood. Thanks for your review and remarks, although we don’t understand while you evaluated the apartment as a 4 stars if we accomplished with all what we promise and offered, but is fine.
