Meet the Sand Dunes Beach Townhouse; A 4 story luxury beach house with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths and 7 balconies; a designer kitchen, living room, family room, den, private elevator, intercom system, outdoor shower, direct access to a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and of course, the beach.   Located on the beach block, only 5 houses from beach.  

Accommodations include Four Bedrooms: Two Master suites: A Palatial King, and Ocean View Queen; 2 more bedrooms each with a queen bed; as well as a Den with a daybed and trundle and sofabed; a Penthouse Family Room with a queen sofabed, and large party terrace with amazing ocean views.  State of the Art and State of Luxury appliances make the open floor plan kitchen 'to die for'; Viking appliances ready to use or not use; as you please. 2 beverage fridges in the family room and living rooms.  2nd full size refrigerator in den.  Well stocked kitchen to please the gourmet cook.   Washer and Dryer on 3rd floor.  Linen and towels provided.  

Do not call it luxury; just what you need and want; from the ocean and poolside balconies on the second, third and fourth floors; a beautiful pool with kiddie pool and accompanying jacuzzi and chef grilling area at the foot of our entrance; and the use of the Coastal Colors facilities including the fitness center; game room, and an oceanview club room.

Fee includes:  Bed linens, Towels, Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, bikes, cleaning service before and after your stay, parking for 3 cars, and taxes.

Wildwood Crest is a quiet family community situated behind the best beaches in New Jersey. Nearby you will find the excitement of the Wildwood boardwalk and amusements and/or the charm of historic Cape May.

We had the best time.....the kids had plenty of space to do what they wanted. We had everything we could use at the beach.....stocked from top to bottom...... Our stay was a success...

Great Vacation beautiful home!!!

Wonderful vacation at this beautiful home!! Stephanie was great to work with and made sure everything was there that we needed. Great decor, appliances, and a beautiful barbecue area and pool. Steps away from the beach!! Our family and especially our grandchildren just had a great memorable vacation😋😋

Perfect Family Vacation

Such a roomy house with all amenities. With towels, linens and all beach equipment supplied, made the trip so much easier. The pool is awesome and the grandkids loved the game room. The owners, Stephanie and Angela are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this house for a big family of all ages.

All around amazing experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful four-story house. The pool and hot tub are very nice, and the beach is unbelievably close. The balcony on the fourth floor provides the perfect setting to stargaze or catch the sunrise early in the morning. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone planning a beach vacation in the Wildwood area.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

Everything was amazing! We loved the sunsets on the fourth floor deck. Stephanie made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week. The pool and grill area was incredible. Our kids loved the short walks to the beach in the evening. Definitely one of the best family vacations we've ever had.

Beautiful home!

Every detail was taken care of, house is impeccable. It was wonderful to have linens and towels provided, and to have basic cooking supplies be part of the kitchen. It is steps from the beach and has 4 beautiful decks. Great appliances, pool in the community, real resort living!

Great house with lots of activities

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful four-story house. The pool and hot tub are very nice, and the beach is unbelievably close. The nearby gameroom provides the perfect setting for leisurely activities such as pool or air hockey. Amazing, beautiful house right on the beach!

If I could live here all year round I would. The location couldn't be any better. The beach is right out front only a few houses down. The house is spotless, with top of the line appliances, very comfortable rooms, and has every amenity you would need. The owners really thought of every little detail and made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. Will definitely be back.

Nothing short of perfect

We can't say enough about what a perfect time we had. My husband enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, I enjoyed quietly reading on the many porches, and we all enjoyed quick access to beach and pool. The house is perfectly designed to spend time together in the great open 2nd floor, but you can also find plenty of space if you need some quiet. Thank you so very much for the perfect family vacation!

Perfect for our family !!!

We had several family members comfortably spend a week in this fabulous house . There were plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to enjoy. My kids especially loved the fourth floor as a game room to play in . The kitchen fit everyone nicely and was easy to cook in . The host has really put thought into everything you could possibly need for vacation ! The walk to the beach was exceptional close .

Family Gathering

We had a wonderful vacation, the townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed. Two of my children were coming from out of state so it was great we didn't need to worry about packing towels and sheets. Everything was provided including bikes, beach chairs ,umbrella and lots more. The owners are great and try to provide everything you might need, we all had a great time.

Awesome house, walking distance to the beach and water

The house was great for my family. Clean, spacious, and top of the line appliances made our stay very comfortable. There were a bunch of amnenities and facilities within the complex and I can't wait to come back during the summer to enjoy the pool. Right outside the house is the beach and water, it's so close it's like having your own private beach. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great time down the shore. Family friendly and big enough to fit multiple families without feeling too crowded.

Definitely will be coming back

The house is extremely lovely and very conveniently located a short walk from the beach. With three bedrooms, one master suite, and multiple pullout couches, there is plenty of room for even two families with extra guests. The kitchen and living room is spacious, and the fourth floor deck offers a great view of the beach and also the sunset. Owners leave nice touches such as lobster shaped gummies and salt taffy on the kitchen table. Overall, a nicely decorated and well-kept home perfect for a Wildwood getaway

Loved it!

4 stories tall, separate living, sleeping, and playroom, child safety doors for little ones, pool, grill, 1 min walk to beach, only a mile to boardwalk, even closer to grocery.... Viking appliances, plenty of sun, quiet.. what more can u ask for while on vacation??? Nothing!!! Definitely had a blast, both kids and adults.

Vacation 2017

We had the best time at this house! We had everything we needed.:bath towels, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, beach cart, shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, every kitchen tool imaginable, spices...you name it, the house had it! They was a ton of space in this house! And, so many decks to enjoy the outside! The rooftop deck was the best! You could see the beach and watch the sunset behind you. The owners weee also 5 star people. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Great family vacation!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful beach house! It was the perfect size, it was big enough that we had a little time to ourselves, but not too big that we felt like we were on separate vacations. My husband and I came with our three daughters, two boyfriends, and two grandkids. There was something to do for everyone. We spent one day at the Wildwood Boardwalk and Morey's Piers and one day in Cape May. We had so much fun at both places but we loved just hanging out at the house, pool, and beach the most. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this house for a beach vacation!

New family tradition

My family came here last year for the first time. We fly from California to NY in summer to spend some time with grandparents. We had so much fun last year, we did the 4-drive down to Wildwood creat again this year! We enjoyed every inch of the house from first floor to the fourth, plus community game room and the pool. We spent enough hours out in the sun enjoying the beach, superfine sand and the boardwalk. We ventured out to nearby Cape May Lighthouse. I can totally see a new family tradition starting!

Fantastic time at Coastal Colors- Sand Dunes

Our stay at Sandy Dunes was fantastic! The location is great, steps away from the beach. Stephanie is a wonderful host and really made us feel welcome. She is easy to get in contact with for any questions and really provides the most detailed accomodations of any summer rental we have ever had. From paper products, beach supplies, bicycles, cooking spices to a basket of things you normally forget (like a toothbrush) and she can even pick up your grocery order if you order it online. The house is in beautiful and in clean condition and easily accomodated our family of 10. We would definitely recommend renting Angela and Stephanie's townhouse and we can't wait to go back!

Perfect vacation

Before we got there I had questions and Stephanie was great. We ordered groceries and Stephanie picked them up for us and when we arrived they were in out refrigerator. Unbelievable service. The home is beautiful. Plenty of room, privacy and places to entertain. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. It is clear they have thought of everything- - all we brought were our clothes. Location to the beach and pool was perfect. This rental was the best we have ever had- a beautiful home and amazing hospitality from the owners!

Home Away from Home!

Just back from vacation at Stephanie and Angela's at Coastal Colors and would HIGHLY recommend their house! We are a three generation family of 10 and had enough room to spread out across the 4 levels or to be together in the fantastic great room/kitchen/dining room. Everything you could possibly need was there, even some things you did not know you needed, such as central vacuum and 3 zone A/C. All the extra amenities (beach chairs, pool toys, etc...) enhanced our vacation. The Location is the best, so close to the beach and the pool right off the rear balcony. Stephanie was amazing, giving us a personal orientation upon arrival and even picking up our food order so that we could begin vacation as soon as we arrived. WE WILL definitely return......

We couldn't imagine a better house for our family of 10...ages 18 months to 69...magical week in NJ

We spent a fabulous week on the Jersey Shore. Stephanie handled all our questions leading up to our visit promptly and thoroughly and did an excellent job orienting us to the house. Every thing you could imagine needing for a week's stay was provided. Proximity of house to beach and pool was perfect for little ones. House is very convenient to Cape May, which we visited a few times, but we all agreed that staying in Wildwood was the way to go. This is the 4th time our family has rented a house, and this was by far the best experience. Worth every penny! Thank you. The Fox Family (Chicago and New York)

Great 4-Story Beach House!

This place was perfect for my family. Four floors, great balconies, right on the beach, large living area, plenty of bedrooms. The house has a complimentary sunscreen drawer, so you don't have to worry about getting burned! Not only do you get the privacy of the house you get the easy access to a pool, grill area, gym, among other amenities that made this place the whole package. We enjoyed the local diners as well as the boardwalk of course. The house is complete with everything from spices and dishes to a laundry room. We really got to know the house and different floors and balconies work perfectly to make plenty of hang out areas for kids and adults. I would recommend for anyone who has a large family and wants a fun immersive experience.

The best beach house ever!

This beach house is a dream and the nicest vacation home we've ever been in. The photos and description do not do it justice. The place is equipped with everything you need, it was well furnished with beautiful furniture, and it was amazingly spotless. The kids were so excited about the house, we almost forgot we had a beautiful beach to explore less than a block away (it was nice being a bit removed from where the boardwalk is - it was less crowded, clean, and we saw so much sea life that we felt like we were at an aquarium). The place also comes with access to a community pool and outdoor grills. I could go on and on, but this wonderful house is a place to come back to year after year. Too bad summers in the northeast are so short!

Absolutely Perfect for our family

A terrific family house. Three families with grandchildren and something for everyone to do. Swimming pool out the back deck door, beach 150 yard walk. Kitchen fabulous. Cooked numerous meals as it has every convenience. Grocery store 10 blocks away. Drove in minutes to Stone Harbor, Boardwalk and Cape may. The 4 story home has EVERYTHING from luxurious bathrooms to flat screen TV's in every room. Seven decks and balconies for night-time gatherings and relaxing with your favorite beverages. This owners were thorough and most gracious. We couldn't have been happier.
