BRAND NEW OCEANFRONT 3 Bedroom 2 bath 1st floor villa (Aloha)

Ohana Beach Club, located at 933 Beach Ave, Cape May New Jersey will be opened in June of 2023.

The Aloha Hale, the Hawaiian word for villa is 1,200 sq. ft. and is located on the first floor. It has three bedrooms and two baths and sleeps 8 comfortably. It includes a primary suite with a king bed, primary bath and sliding doors to the rear deck. Two other bedrooms and bath are located down the hall. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three is our bunk room which has a full (double) over full (double) bed.

The main living space is open and allows everyone to be together. The gorgeous modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to get started including coffee, tea, oil & spices.

The private porch is the place to relax with coffee in the morning or your favorite evening cocktail while taking in the views of the beach and all the bicycles going by.

This house is amazing! I originally booked it for a girls 50th birthday weekend for six women, and plans changed. So I actually went with my parents, my husband, and my 13-year-old son. It's perfect for either two of those scenarios. The bunk room has the biggest bunk beds I've ever seen. Very solid and sturdy full size beds, with decent headroom, that even adults can sleep in. My son loved playing the games out back. It was walkable to absolutely everything. The only downside for my father is he has trouble with stairs so getting in and out of the building was a little rough, but once inside everything was perfect for him. We would definitely book again!

Beach front gem

Great week at the beach! Perfect location, easy access to the beach, restaurants, mini golf. Park your car and go. Such a lovely, stocked unit with all the amenities you need. Several things our grand kids loved ( bunk beds, axe throwing, and ping pong table). Easy check in/out with great correspondence from owner or property manager. Looking forward to coming back!

Fabulous Stay at Ohana!

Our family had a fabulous stay at Ohana. The Aloha villa was clean and nicely furnished. The staff was very responsive, communicative, and accommodating for any needs. The location can't be beat. We hope to stay there again soon!

Perfect Long Weekend Location!

I was looking for a nice place to book a long bachelorette weekend for my sister. We are all mid 30's and up, so was looking for a place on the beach and close to a lot. When I came across this property, I knew right away it met all our needs. Upon arrival we were all blow away by the place. The Bride-To-Be was speechless and felt like it was the perfect place! Everything was easy about the booking, & check in/out process. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape May.

Great stay

Beautiful property, very clean - lovely updated renovations. Great to sit on the porch and view the ocean. A short walk to restaurants and shopping. Host was immediately responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Exceptional property

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Obama Beach Resort. This was a family trip to include Grandparents, parents, a toddler and an infant. There were tons of amenities and the beach house was fully stocked. The staff were quite visible and extremely helpful and friendly. The house is in a great location and beach front. We will surely rebook for next year!

Perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the beautiful Aloha suite. Everything is fresh, clean and new and literally just a few steps from the beach. We also loved having all the shopping and dining within walking or bike distance. We loved it and will definitely return.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Perfect location across the street from the shore and within walking distance to Washington Square. The property is beautiful, in perfect condition, has modern and high-end amenities/fixtures, and is extremely comfortable! The owners also provide many extras, such as dishwasher & laundry detergent, kitchen supplies (like plastic wrap, salt/pepper), binoculars, first aid kit, beach tags, etc. It was absolutely perfect, and I cannot wait to return!!!

Gorgeous, quiet and a beautiful view

My family and I have been coming to Cape May for over 15 years. Always wanted to stay on Beach Avenue. Had the opportunity to stay here at Ohana and what a great experience. The porch was a delight to eat and see the ocean. Would highly recommend staying at Ohana.

Family Vacation

We had a great week in Cape May. This property had pretty much all you need for the week. Includes beach chairs, a beach tent, use of bikes, clean brand new apartments and beach tags. Ocean front with great views.

Amazing stay at historic property

We’ve been coming to Cape May for years and we jumped at the chance to stay at one of the iconic homes across from the beach. The property owners spared no expense in their renovation of this historic home. Beautiful, comfortable, clean and everything worked as you’d expect it to. We had fun riding the bikes, water pressure in the shower was the best, eating breakfast on the front porch while staring at the waves, 10 min walk to the Washington St Mall, and the shortest path to the beach… all part of what you are paying for. Definitely worth the splurge if you’re comparing prices. We’ll be back.
