Charming Brazos River Front Cottage perfect for Stargazing, Tranquil and Private

Discover this delightful 3-bedroom gem on the Brazos River in Mineral Wells. There are 5 beautiful acres with direct river front access on property, large pond, beautiful old pecan trees, native grasses and wild flowers. The home is part of a working ranch with Certified Black Angus Cattle that graze freely just outside the fenced yard area. The property is a natural space and as such there is an abundance of wildlife.
This property consists of 3 cottages and all are included in the booking. They are connected by decking on the river side of cottages.
The main cottage is a studio style, open concept with tiled floors, reclaimed wood beams and large crystal chandeliers. Between the living space and bedroom is a cozy see thru fireplace. The cottage is filled with picture windows for beautiful views and natural lighting. In the living area you'll find comfortable seating with 2 sofas and TV. The sofas also have bedding, if requested, and can be used to make them into twin beds if the lofts are not preferred. The attached dining space has a table to accommodate 8 for dining, puzzles or games.
The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances and river views. It also offers an assortment of quality cookware, bakeware and utensils, as well as plentiful dishes, glassware, cutlery and service ware. The kitchen is stocked with organic coffee, tea and hot cocoa, sugar, baking ingredients and an abundance of spices. There are no condiments such as mayo, mustard or ketchup. The sink water is twice filtered and has a chilled RO faucet. You will also find paper goods, utensils and cups should you want to picnic or just not wash any dishes. On top of the fridge is a nice picnic basket. Our place is well supplied for your stay to make your holiday one to remember.
The back deck that connects all cottages has an overhang from the main cottage to help with sun on the windows. There is a grill plumbed to propane with a dining table and large umbrella that seats 6-8. The deck also has a comfortable seating area around a gas fireplace looking onto the river and another large umbrella. This is the perfect spot for stargazing with a glass of champagne.
The small cottage bedrooms have entry off the back deck and have covered patios with swings to overlook the river and property, perfect for a cup of coffee. Each cottage host a queen bed, loft bed and full bath with bath products. They also have xsmall drink fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle for your convenience and are stocked with organic coffee pods, tea bags, hot cocoa, sugar, honey and cream. The sink water is filtered a second time and is great water. There are also Brita pitchers in the main fridge you can fill with RO water at the kitchen sink for each room.
With luxury appointments throughout we want you to feel pampered. Linens and Towels are all 100% cotton, sheets are 100% organic cotton. There are 2 spa robes in each bathroom along with bath products and travel size items you may need but forgot. You will find 2 luggage racks in each bedroom and a few hangers. There is laundry in the kitchen area with detergent. There are beach towels above the dryer and you will find sunscreen and bug spray in the same cabinet.
