- Bedroom with a queen-sized bed, luxurious mattress, and walk-in closet.
- Full spacious bathroom with essentials.

- Dining table with seating for four.
- High-speed wireless internet for seamless connectivity.

Check-In Information:
- Check-In is complimentary from 4:00pm through 10pm. Check-out later than this into the night will incur an additional $100 inconvenience fee.
- Let us know your check-in time so we can provide you access to the building.
- Please introduce yourself and your trip details before booking. Ensure your profile includes a photo and verification.
- To comply with building HOA requirements and prioritize the safety of all guests and residents, we will share a set of rules with each guest before arrival. Guests are required to review and provide written acknowledgment of these rules. Any non-compliance may result in HOA fines, which will be passed on to the guest.
- We are unable to accommodate luggage/bag holding before your check-in and after your check-out. There are luggage storage services in Seattle that you can use.
A Few Additional Considerations:
- This condo is located on Capitol Hill, so some street noise is to be expected.
- The condo complex is undergoing exterior renovations. While work on this unit is complete, occasional access may still be required. We will be sure to coordinate with you if this is necessary.
- As a residential building, amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance.
- Occasionally, the building performs exterior maintenance such as window washing or painting. Workers may be visible from the windows; privacy can be maintained by closing the shades or curtains.
