Compact apt in great location had everything I needed. Immaculately clean, well stocked cooking equipment (but look up to find pots and oven pan is above fridge) and heat worked great. Nice open view from private deck. Easy access to light rail and bus downtown. Woukd stay again.

Perfect! Close to all amenities, and even if a bit complex to access, it's the perfect getaway spot. Everything is exactly where you'd expect it and it was easy to follow the rules and instructions. Super clean, cozy and quaint. Bed super comfortable!

This cozy place worked very well for us. The kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be the newest areas of the condo. Very well done. And it was a moderate walk to the light rail station in Capital Hill. The parking pass was a great help as well. Definitely recommend this place.

Very nice apartment perfect for a traveling couple. Residential area, but walking distance to a good selection of restaurants and groceries. Close to Bud lines that will get you downtown quickly. (Get your Orca card!). Property is very well equipped, better than most. Seems nearly refurbished too.

Great location only a couple blocks from my daughter and a few more to a market and bus stop. Perfect size space for me and well kept. Erik answered my only question about the entry code quickly. Kitchen cabinets were a bit high for me and didn’t notice the 1-step under the cable box until my last day. Great experience overall and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Safe neighborhood, no problems finding parking. Quiet. Kitchen well stocked for the minimal cooking we did. Met our needs. Would stay there again.

The location was great: a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to lots of attractions and a short walk to good restaurants. We appreciated the free parking. The A/C in the bedroom made it easy to get a good night’s sleep in the heat of summer.

Amazing vacation rental. The location is amazing- short walk to Safeway and restaurants. The actual place was great. Everything you would want in a vacation rental was taken care of, like lots of hooks in the bathroom, and extra cleaning supplies.

Awesome Location

This was an awesome choice to stay for a trip to Seattle! It was right on Capitol Hill and sooo many great places were within walking distance. It was clean and we loved staying here. Would definitely go back on our next Seattle trip.

The apartment is lovely: comfortable and clean. I love the location, with so much "walkability" to spots around Seattle. Erik, the host was super accomodating, helpful, and friendly. I will abosolutely stay here in the future. A wonderful experience all around!

It was our first time in Seattle and we couldn’t have picked a better location. Walkable to so much and such a cute little space. It was perfect for the three of us.

Comfortable, Clean and Cute!

This was a top floor apartment that was very clean, well stocked and decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable and so was the furniture. The space was great for 2 people; maybe 3 if one person slept on the couch (not a pull out). There was a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom that we used at night just for air circulation ( it wasn’t hot) but there was a ceiling fan in the living room, too. I didn’t think to try it but we were only in the place during the morning and late evening as we were out and about all day! Parking was street only and the owners provided a pass. However, we walked and took the bus or Lyft instead of driving. The location was very accessible by foot for cafes, stores, bakeries a few blocks away. We also walked down historic “millionaire row” on the way to Volunteer Park and Water Tower and enjoyed amazing views of Elliot Bay and Seattle Center!For those who grew up in the 90s, the apartment complex for the movie Singles is a couple blocks away! (Coryell Court) Overall we enjoyed our stay and I felt very satisfied by the experience!

Everything Capitol Hill

Clean well equipped apartment with plenty of windows a beautiful quiet walking neighborhood with easy access to a variety of great restaurants nearby. We stayed a couple of 90 degree days but AC kept bedroom cool. Bed was a little soft for our tastes, but we slept all right. Nice bathroom and outside seating.
