The home is fully equipped for a perfect vacation for a family of 4 with a private fences backyard.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are located in Primaveral Residences II, Avenida Barceló a brand new residencial family oriented villa complex.

The space
Our fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home is perfect for a quiet getaway. the home has open space concept where families can cook and watch tv or have a bbq in our private patio. The home has 2 parking spaces.

Ideal for a couple or a family of 4. With plenty of kitchen storage and bedroom closet space. Fully furnished kitchen so you will feel perfectly at home with all the amenities you need.

We also have cable tv and wifi. There are 3 tv's. One in each bedroom and one in the living room all being smart so you can watch netflix or amazon!

Only a 5 min drive to downtown, gas station very close.

All our guests may access the Vista Cana artificial beach where there are restaurants to enjoy. Or because we are an island you can go to El Cortecito beach or playa Macao. (By car)

Electricity is included in the nightly rate.

We also provide towels and pool towels as the residencial has 2 pools.
Guest access
Guest may use the whole house. The space is not shared with anyone. Aswell as they may use the spacious gated furnished backyard. The house has been modified to have 2 parking spots.

They may also use the complex pools and basketball courts and enjoy an evening or morning walk in the complex.

All guests also have access to the Vista Cana artificial beach with a minimum consumption.
