Make a splash in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath family friendly home with private pool and hot tub. 15 minutes to historic downtown Savannah. 30 minutes to Tybee Island. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and attractions, however there is enough amenities that you will never want to leave. Fully equipped kitchen, immersive movie experience featuring Phillips Hue Play, ping pong table, and indoor/ outdoor games will make for relaxing evenings after visiting the Hostess City!

Guest will have access to the entire home.
We appreciate guests following all rules. Please submit your guest list as soon as you finish reading the rules. Guest list to include all guests first names, last names & ages.

1. Confirmation of this booking is dependent on all guests understanding & agreeing to the house rules.

2. No parties or events allowed. We try to be very respectful of our neighbors. They have asked us not to host any gatherings and will be quick to call in on any disturbances.

3. No smoking of any type allowed inside of house. Violations will be subject to fine. Smoking on property must be cleaned up at the end of the stay.

4. We allow guests of all ages, but please supervise children around the house and the yard as the house is not baby proofed & there are breakable and unsafe items within Childs reach.

5. Any dog must be on leash outside of house. No animals on beds in the unit. Guests with pets need to notify owner and a pet fee will apply.

6. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Our cleaners are fantastic and service a few Airbnbs. Delay in check out or early check in without prior approval is subject to a fee.

7. If you move the furniture please move it back when you check out.

8. Guests are welcome to use the grill. We ask that you clean before and after use with grill brush and warm water. Please report empty propane tank or damage.

9. Main reservation holder must be at least 25 years old & onsite during the reservation.

10. Please review the cancellation policy - it will apply regardless of guests ability to park, personal illness or unexpected travel / weather disruptions. Please consider purchasing guest insurance thru the platform.

Pool & Hot Tub Rules

General Safety

Use at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items.

No lifeguard on duty – children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

No diving, running, or roughhousing.

No glass containers near pool or hot tub (plastic only).

Please keep gates/doors closed for safety.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not use the pool or hot tub.


Pool Rules

Pool is not heated and may be cool in fall/winter.

Shower before entering to help keep water clean.

No pets allowed in the pool.

Do not remove pool safety equipment.

Do not tamper with pool pump or controls.


Hot Tub Rules

Shower before entering; do not use oils, soaps, or bubbles.

Limit use to 15 minutes at a time; cool down between sessions.

Pregnant women, young children, and guests with heart conditions or medical concerns should consult a doctor before use.

Do not use if water temperature exceeds 104°F.

Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub.

Always replace the cover after use to keep it clean and safe.
