**Our privacy fence sustained damage during the recent hurricane, but we are working on repairs!** Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions. The front entrance lives into a foyer with the stairs to the upper floor and a hallway leading to the living area. The living room has a queen pull out couch and 50" RokuTV. Off the living room is an eat-in fully stocked kitchen with a separate dining area that can seat 8, along with a half bathroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms, one with a king bed with ensuite full bathroom with garden tub and shower and walk-in closet, three queen bedrooms, and another full bathroom with tub. Note: two bedrooms are connected, and you have to walk through one of the queen bedrooms to get to the second. The backyard boasts a, pool, seating, and grill. **Our home is located in a friendly neighborhood, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and avoid entering their property. Please ensure the pool is accessed exclusively through our home.** NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
