Welcome home! Our completely restored building features modern convenience with classic architecture. Our minimalist design aesthetic features exposed brick throughout, reclaimed wood, original moldings, and more! It's the perfect place to stay for an architecture buff! Our professionally managed building is located on the vibrant East Ohio St., a rapidly changing neighborhood with local dives and high-end dining as neighbors. Easy walking distance to the stadiums on the North Shore, too!

Modern comfort meets historic charm in this thoughtfully appointed one-bedroom apartment. Whether you're visiting for work, family, or just a getaway, this cozy space is stocked with everything you need for a smooth, relaxing stay. The space includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, sleeping up to 3 guests with a queen bed and a twin sofa sleeper. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, 55" Smart TV, ergonomic workspace, and central air. You'll also have access to a shared washer and dryer in the basement.

Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor of a 4-unit building and requires walking up a flight of stairs to the building door, followed by stairs down to the apartment—making it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. You’ll have private access to the entire apartment, and two street parking permits are provided. The front of the building is metered; most guests park a block or two away.

A small nightly “Resort Fee” is included in your total. This fee does not increase the nightly rate; it simply allows us to track the cost of guest essentials, consumables, and 24/7 guest support separately for accounting purposes. Airbnb requires all mandatory fees to be disclosed, and the “Resort Fee” category was the most appropriate option available. We have a full team available 24 / 7 / 365 for anything you need. Seriously, just ask!

Located in Deutschtown on Pittsburgh's Northside, the neighborhood is diverse, lively, and full of character. Walk to the Strip District, Downtown, PNC Park, Heinz Field, and enjoy local breweries, restaurants, parks, and more. With quick access to I-279, bus lines, and bike routes, it’s easy to explore everything Pittsburgh has to offer.
