Los sueños vienen verdad ... En el corazón de Seagrove Beach !!!

Deje que nuestro sueño se convierta en un lugar donde los recuerdos se hacen para usted y su familia. Tenemos un fabuloso condominio directamente en la playa de Seagrove. Esta unidad ha sido renovado con una cocina todo nuevo y nuevas applicances. Las habitaciones tienen muebles nuevos, pantalla plana de TV y suelos. Los niños pueden incluso disfrutar de la Wii en los días de lluvia. Los colchones también son nuevos para una gran noche de sueño. Vista al mar se puede disfrutar desde el balcón, así como el dormitorio principal. En la cocina en la playa, de nuestra unidad de tercer piso, sigue siendo una buena cosa, porque ... usted tiene una vista impresionante !!! Los motivos han construido en parrillas al aire libre. También podrá disfrutar de una hermosa piscina en esos días no de playa. También hay millas de senderos para bicicletas que se pueden disfrutar en la pintoresca 30A HWY.

Fabulous getaway!

My husband and I decided to spend a few days on 30a to celebrate our tenth anniversary. We come down every year with our kids, but this was our first time alone and it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The condo was even prettier than pictured and the views are unparalleled. The proximity to everything is great. We were able to make dinner runs or grocery runs in just minutes. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Paul and Dora for such a great experience.

Well kept property!

My husband and I, along with our 3 year old and 1 year old, stayed here for a week in June. We often stay on 30A but had never stayed right in Seagrove before. The location was very convenient to activities in Seaside without being so crowded. We biked most every night to dinner as it is only a short bike ride to most restaurants. The condo and property grounds were well kept. Our kids enjoyed having the pool. The owners, Paul and Dora, pay lots of attention to the details of the condo. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. The views from the 3rd floor are great! One nice feature is that both bedrooms have a beach view! I would definitely recommend this property. It is much nicer than properties we have rented that are managed by rental companies. This condo has been very well maintained.

A+ condo right on the beach with incredible view

Our family of 4 stayed here the 4th week of September, and it was very good. We would do it again. We had no issues or concerns with the condo during our stay. We found it to be clean, well maintained, well decorated, and sufficiently furnished. Communication with Dora through the whole process was superb. This is an A+ condo right on the beach. Beach expectations: The pictures of the beach might make you think this is a quiet section of beach. In the 4th week of September, we found the beach to be crowded. I have to assume it's even more crowded during the summer. The beach boys who set up the rental chairs claim large sections of the waterfront every morning 30 minutes before sunrise. Everybody else gets squeezed into what's left. I found if I didn't get down to the beach by 7:00, there would be no waterfront spots left for me to set up. Then it's irritating to see those rental chairs sit empty all day. We felt bad for people who'd come down to the beach at 9:00, look left and right, and then be forced to set up behind somebody else (or, if they were rude, try to set up in front of somebody.) But then we'd see them at sunrise the next day. If you rent chairs, you'll have no problem. If not, be prepared for the sunrise rush if you want a waterfront spot.

We loved our stay and especially our view!

This condo was quite a find. I have stayed in multiple properties on 30A and this one was the best for having a great view, comfortable accommodations, and up to date decor. I also thought the rate was quite a value considering both the master and family room had a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The beach is literally steps away from the unit and it is located very close to all the Sea Side stores and restaurants. Already trying to plan my next get away to this unit.

The perfect beach experience :))

Dora is such an amazing host, always quick to answer any questions professionally and kindly. When we arrived at this amazing condo we instantly felt at home and were able to unpack and relax in a beautifully updated, super clean and quiet environment. The balcony view of the gulf is one we will not soon forget having spent hours there watching the dolphins play and pelicans fly by. We rented bikes just across the street and rode for hours each morning before hitting the beach, then relaxing in our rented chaise lounge chairs with an umbrella until sunset. Since arriving back home we have checked our calendar to book another stay as soon as possible. Thank you so much Dora for playing a huge part in making our beach dreams come true!

Beautiful condo and location!

We had a great week in this condo. Dora was very easy to work with along the way. She emailed us several times and answered all the questions we had about our trip, including specific questions about the area. We have been in many condos over the years and especially appreciated how well stocked the condo was in the kitchen. Even though we brought our own, there was plenty of beach equipment supplied as well. We enjoyed many of the games too!

Beautiful, Cozy, and perfectly located

This was our second time staying at Dreams Do Come True as we had such a great experience during our first stay over a year ago. The home is in an all around excellent location. It is ON the beach, which made lugging around our chairs and beach toys a breeze. It was also nice to be so close to home when we needed snacks, potty breaks, etc. Once down the stairs of the condo, it is a short walk down another set of stairs (placed to get you comfortably from the condo on the hill to the beach below) before your feet sink in the beautiful, sugary sand. The view from the balcony is stunning and perfect for early morning dolphin watches and evening sunset dinners. The swimming pool is also quite close and convenient. It is a short 5 minute car ride to Seaside, 20ish minutes to Alys Beach, 20ish minutes to Greyton, 5ish minutes to Publix for groceries, and 25ish minutes to Panama City if you'd like to shop at the outlets or need to access bigger store chains like Target, Dick's sporting goods, etc. The decor, appliances, and other amenities are thoughtfully curated and well maintained; My children especially loved having video games available to play when a little rain shower passed over or at night while they were waiting on dinner. Dora is an excellent communicator and was always so quick to get back in touch with me when I had questions. We loved our experience and look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Dora and Paul!

Over the Moon for Seagrove

Our family of four had an amazing vacation in Seagrove for the first time. Researched this vacation and chose the area for its quaintness and beautiful beaches and water. We were fortunate to find and book Dora’s condo which was absolutely beautiful with modern coastal decorations and furnishings.. Slept peacefully and comfortably on the beds. Very clean condo; well stocked with everything you need. Dora goes out of her way to ensure that her guests feel at home!!!

This is our 2nd visit to the Sea Grove area and staying with Dora & Paul. Short version, EXCELLENT!, close to some of the best restaurant’s in the gulf. Unit is clean, well furnished, and quite!. View is great from the balcony, full panoramic view from Destin to Panama City. I would highly recommend this retreat for a relaxing getaway or for the family.

Just the vacation we needed!

Just the vacation we needed! I loved our stay at this condo. Dora has everything here that a person could possibly need. It was very clean and obvious that it is a much loved property by the owner and all others who have stayed here ( as noted in their comments in the memory book that is inside the condo). It was our first time in this area. The location was very conveniently located across the street from the snappy turtle and the bicycle rental shop. We spent a lot of time on our bicycles and riding around the Seaside neighborhood. The condo has a beautiful view of the water and was a very short walk to the beach. Dora is very responsive with questions and provides plenty of information to properly prepare you for your first day on the property. It was just the right size for my family of four which includes two 9 year-olds. I highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to go back!

Awesome Experience

My friends and I had a blast here. The furnishings and amenities inside the condo are top notch, the view is fantastic, and it is only a short walk to the complex beach access. They had a nice tv, great Keurig (and regular coffee maker), plus Bluetooth speakers! They didn’t have beach chairs to offer, but there’s a cheap rental company right as you walk onto the beach. Also, a short walk to a fully stocked gas station, and small convenience store. Highly recommend!!!

Beach Paradise

Fabulous ocean views from the main living area with balcony and also from the master bedroom. Loved seeing dolphins with our morning coffee everyday. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need . Loved being right on the beach with the sugary white sands. We used our own beach chairs and umbrella but these were provided if needed. Third floor unit which made for great exercise but someone with mobility issues would need to be aware of. Parking our one vehicle was easily accommodated. We loved the location as it was centered between all the great 30A areas. Dora was a pleasure to work with.Beach inspired decor throughout truly made the condo a Beach Paradise.

Little Slice of Heaven!

This condo truly was perfect for what I wanted on my mini-break. The location and view can't get any better. It's a beautiful, clean beach and staying during the off-season made it even more special as it was not crowded by any means. I felt that I had the entire beach to myself most days! I can't remember the last time I slept so well - must have been the sound of the waves crashing on the shore! This condo is well taken care of, is comfortable yet still feeling like an upgraded beach house. Parking was easy and exploring the surrounding area was great as there is so much to do on the nice sunny days, as well as when it gets rainy or chilly. Communication with Dora was always pleasant, quick, and she was super responsive. I highly recommend a stay here and can't wait to go back!

It was exactly what we expected!

First, I must say that Dora was absolutely excellent to work with. She was very responsive and always helpful. Even the day we were to leave and couldn't start our car, Dora helped us through by letting us "hang" until our issue with the car was solved. Thank you Dora! We would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good "get away" or family retreat.

We have been visiting Seagrove Beach since 1985. It has always been a dream of ours to own a place in this area because of the serenity and peacefulness of these beaches. We have traveled to all areas of the world and always feel a since of home when we return to the Seagrove area. Our two children have been coming to this beach since they were born. Because of a dear friend, we are finally an owner of this fantastic beachfront unit which is perfect for our family. We hope that we will be able to share this with you and your family.

Beachside Unit #12 is a 3rd floor unit directly beachfront with fabulous views of the ocean and frequent dolphin sightings. It is close to all of your local eateries and located between Destin and Panama City. Our children love to ride their bikes into Seaside to enjoy sweet treats and summer movie nights. It is perfect for our family of four.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We fell in love with this unit because of the location and the fantastic views. We also love the high ceilings and the beachfront balcony. We admire the awesome sunsets as we have our toes in the sand. There also chairs available for rent . For those days you just want to lounge by the pool, it is directly on the property.
