Relaxing beachfront paradise

100% recommend this condo. Nice decor, clean and AMAZING view of the beach from the living room, primary bedroom & balcony. Well appointed and loved the beach chair service included during our April stay. Beach towels were not provided, so we will bring our own next time. Very close proximity to Seaside.

Beach Bliss!

305 Beachcrest was ideal for our beach front spring break! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed! It was great to have the daily beach chairs/umbrella set up included - I didn't realize that when I booked - so a nice perk!

Loved this Unit!

It has an induction cooktop and the curtain rod fell down every time you touched it (in primary bedroom) but other than that it was perfect for what we needed.

Great Location!

This condo was perfect for my family of four. It had plenty of space, was adequately stocked with kitchen supplies, and the washer and dryer were wonderful to have on vacation. The kids enjoyed their own room with twin beds and private tv. The master bed was comfy and clean. We did notice that the floor in the condo was sticky and could have used a good mopping. We wore socks at night to walk around the condo, and they were brown by bedtime. Overall, this condo was just what we needed. It was so close to the beach which was great. The beach was not crowded and beautiful. The chair rental was included and was very nice.

Beach themed condo with ocean views from balcony

My family and I enjoyed this newly renovated beach themed condo. The balcony view of the ocean was wonderful! The kitchen was very nice with everything we needed. The elevators were quick. It was a nice place to bring our children. The location was very close to restaurants and shops on 30A.

Great Unit

We (4 girls) loved this unit for our moms getaway! The layout was fantastic with a great kitchen. The beds/linens were nice. There is a lovely view of the ocean right from the balcony. The beach wasn't so crowded near the property. The location of the property is perfectly situated. We biked into Seaside and biked to the Hub in the other direction. We were so happy with our stay.

The beach access is perfect and the included beach service certainly helps to keep the beach from getting overly crowded. Perfect for our needs

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a long weekend trip and I loved being on the beach. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning is a must for me. The unit was clean and well decorated. The building itself could use some love. It is dated and needs painting.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was just okay. Bed was very uncomfortable, bed not made properly, hole in wall, sinks stopper not working, light bulb out.Just needs some attention

Beautiful Area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this area. The atmosphere was so relaxing instead of crowded. My only problem was that the mattresses on the twin beds need to be replaced. I could hardly move after sleeping on it so I started sleeping with my 85 year old mother in the master bedroom. Everything else was wonderful and the condo was beautiful.
