Welcome to your luxury desert escape in Las Sendas—6,300 square feet of rustic elegance with unforgettable views of Red Mountain. There are several larger open gathering areas as well as private retreats so that families never feel crowded. Since the back yard borders Tonto National Forest and the Hawes Trail network, this spacious Mesa home is perfect for families who love both adventure and off-the-beaten-path relaxation.
This is our home for 4 months out of the year and it is equipped as if we are living there. Comfortably furnished with everything you will ever need.

covered patio, natural gas BBQ grill, fire pit, and plenty of space for lounging.

cushion building sets (build forts, create obstacle courses), books, and board

• Family-Friendly: Sleeps 12 ** 10 adults or kids 3 yo or more + 2 kids under 2
(crib + Pack ‘N Play provided). Highchair also available onsite.
• Spacious Gathering Spaces: Gracious and elegant living room with plenty of
seating and a baby grand piano (and did we mention the view?) Formal
dining room with seating for up to 16, cozy family room with gas fireplace and
large flat screen TV, large fully equipped kitchen with island seating and
breakfast nook.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
• Primary Suite (Main Level): King bed, recliner, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite with
dual vanities, jetted tub, walk-in shower, private patio/pool access
• Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 (Main Level): King beds, walk-in closets, shared
Jack & Jill bath with tub/shower combo and toilet. Each bedroom has a private
vanity sink.
• Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Queen canopy bed (Bedroom 4) and King bed
(Bedroom 5), both have walk-in closets and share a Jack & Jill bath with
tub/shower combo and toilet. Each bedroom has a private vanity sink.
Bedroom 5 also has a desk and a couple of chairs.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, dresser and closet storage, towels, hairdryers, and basic toiletries.
Two additional half bathrooms (one on the main level and another on the lower level) allow privacy for guests using the full baths associated with the bedrooms.

We chose Las Sendas because this community has such a different feel from others throughout the Phoenix valley. Las Sendas emphasizes and encourages maintenance of a natural desert environment with desert landscaping, both in common areas, as well as on individual properties.
Las Sendas translated is "The Paths", and the community is true to its name. There is an extensive trail network throughout the entire community. In addition, the community borders Tonto National Forest (including the Salt River recreational areas) and the Hawes network of hiking and mountain biking trails. This quick and easy access to the beautiful desert environment was a very desirable feature for us.
Nestled in the foothills on the eastern end of the Phoenix valley, Las Sendas offers beautiful mountain and valley views. We love how quiet it is here - we feel delightfully secluded (separated from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the valley) yet conveniently located just minutes away from shopping, dining, and freeway access to the Loop 202.
Las Sendas Golf Club is located in the neighborhood, and many other excellent golf courses are located nearby. Along with a spectacular golf course, Las Sendas
Golf Club also offers a pro shop and patio grill restaurant. In the neighborhood there is also a clubhouse with fitness center, spa (services available to book), and conference facilities. Throughout the neighborhood, there are numerous playgrounds, soccer and baseball fields, several community pools and hot tubs, a splash pad, pickleball, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and organized events suitable for all ages. The magic of this is evident the minute you walk through our front door - majestic Red Mountain is breathtakingly framed in our floor-to-ceiling living room windows, and provides the backdrop for enjoying the peace of the covered patio, beautiful private pool and hot tub. Because our neighborhood within Las Sendas is so secluded, the peace and quiet is one of the best amenities of our home.
