The Grand Saguaro, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Pickleball, Sleeps 27

This beautiful home is on an oversized, approximately half-acre lot in a wonderful, very desirable neighborhood surrounded by other large, beautiful homes.

Noise: Some traffic noise may be heard, but traffic noise is offset and less noticeable when the pool water feature-slide and waterfall are turned on and running and/or when music is played through the outdoor speakers.

Pool Security: The pool has no fence enclosure but does have an upper lock on the back patio sliding doors as an extra barrier to entry to the backyard just in case. All children or adults who can't swim must be supervised carefully. No lifeguard on duty. Swim & use the entire property at your own risk. The hot tub & pool may be heated.

Pool:
The pool is serviced on Tuesdays, and depending on whether any chemicals may be added, the pool may be unavailable to use or swim for a few hours that day if the pool tech so instructs.
Please communicate requests to heat the pool ahead of time as it takes about 24 hours to heat.
Heating the pool to 80 degrees F has an extra fee of $150/ night
Heating the pool to 90 degrees has an extra fee of $225/night

Hot Tub: If you paid to heat the pool there is no additional fee for the hot tub. First, heat the hot tub and then change the heater to the pool, both can't be heated at the same time, but it takes the hot tub about an hour to get hot.
Heating the hot tub has an extra fee of $75/ night

Extra Guests: There is an extra guest fee of $20/guest/day that might apply.

Events: may be accommodated and hosted here by approval only and only when the applicable event fee is paid. Event fee may vary depending on the event size - number of guests attending.

No smoking, vaping of any kind allowed anywhere on the property.

Desert rock, landscape, cactus, other sharp & pointy desert plants nearby off the travertine paths, so do not step off the turf or off the travertine path to avoid injury & do not allow children or others to step off the path either & make them aware of the potential danger.

Security cameras, similar to hotels are on property and are outdoor for safety & compliance purposes. One camera is on the upper back patio ledge, one on the corner of block wall, and one in the middle of the block wall. No cameras are inside whatsoever.

Pets: Pets are generally not allowed unless they have been pre-approved. We charge a one-time pet fee of $250 for each pet. If you are bringing an approved pet, please ensure that you promptly clean up after them. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges.
