Welcome to our luxurious 80 m² apartment, freshly renovated with exceptional attention to detail for maximum comfort. This space is perfect for up to 4 guests who value style and convenience in the heart of Warsaw. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms – one with a King Size bed and the other with two beds (which can be combined).
The large living room, with its elegant sofa and cable TV, provides an ideal spot for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchenette and dining table offer a perfect space for shared meals.
The apartment is also designed for remote work, with a large, comfortable desk and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a smooth and productive work experience. Two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub – offer ultimate comfort and relaxation after a day of exploring or working. Air conditioning ensures the perfect climate, no matter the weather.
To maintain a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, smoking and parties are not allowed.

The apartment is accessed via a code on the main door handle, but please remember there is also an additional code for the intercom to open the building’s main entrance.
We kindly ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking an apartment, not a hotel.
BEFORE ARRIVAL: Make sure you’ve received the email with instructions and the apartment’s address. This will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing our neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our staff, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Things to Note:
❗A damage deposit of PLN 1 500 is required. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before.

The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.
