The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you’re enjoying them at the dining table or outside on the screened balcony with its peaceful views and fresh sea breeze.

This home features two bedrooms, each with a plush king bed and its own bathroom, creating a private and restful retreat for guests. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, and beach essentials are ready for days by the water.

Step outside to your own fenced backyard oasis, complete with a brand-new heated pool surrounded by swaying palms. After a day of exploring, relax on the shaded porch or poolside with a cool drink in hand as the sky transforms with a spectacular Gulf sunset.

Located in a premier Holmes Beach neighborhood, you’ll be close to local shops, restaurants, and the free island trolley. PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

PETS: Please note this property does NOT allow pets.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
