Rosies Place es un apartamento estudio completamente renovado con un aspecto lujoso, especialmente diseñado para personas que desean pasar unas agradables vacaciones en Amsterdam.

Rosies Place está situado en el centro de la ciudad de Amsterdam, dentro del llamado anillo del canal. Nuestra casa está escondida en una pequeña calle tranquila del Jordaan. A la vuelta de la esquina encontrará restaurantes, bares, tiendas, galerías, mercados y mucho más. También los museos están cerca. Aún más cerca está la Casa de Ana Frank.

Rosies Place está en el primer piso de nuestra casa, accesible por una empinada escalera. Es más que adecuado para 2/3 adultos o 2 adultos con 2 niños pequeños. Tiene una cama king size y un sofá que podemos convertir en cama individual o cama doble. Tienes un bar comedor, con capacidad para 2/3 adultos y una mecedora de diseño. Las velas para un toque romántico están en todas partes en Rosies Place.

La cocina está totalmente equipada, junto al lavavajillas (realmente importante), dos placas de inducción, nevera, microondas, encontrará café, té, leche, azúcar, aceite y hierbas. Si lo desea, podemos ofrecerle el desayuno a cualquier hora de la mañana. Solo avísanos.

El baño tiene una gran lluvia y ducha de mano. Se proporcionan toallas, jabón y champú (de Rituals). Si necesita toallas limpias, simplemente colóquelas afuera en el contenedor de lavado y las tendrá limpias de inmediato.

La terraza tiene SOL! Que mas podemos decir. Sol por la mañana para tomar un café, sol durante el almuerzo, sol por la tarde bebiendo cerveza o vino. Pero él es Holanda, así que cruza los dedos para que brille el sol :-)

A su llegada encontrará en Rosies Place:
Una buena botella de vino blanco (o tinto si lo prefieres)
Café de Nespresso
Té del Sr. Jones
Dulces holandeses (gota) y galletas
Además de un mapa de la ciudad de Amsterdam.

Su cama ya está hecha y se proporciona ropa de baño, jabón y champú (de Rituals). Por supuesto, tienes WiFi gratuito en Rosies Place.

This was our second time my wife & I stayed at Rosie’s place. As with our previous stay Astrid & Rick were the perfect hosts. I would not hesitate recommending that if you are visiting Amsterdam & Rosie’s place is available that you stay there.

Excellent, comfortable second floor apartment in a great residential location in the beautiful Jordaan District. Small, but efficiently laid out unit with a comfortable double bed and everything you might need including electric range, cookware and dishware. Hosts Rick and Astrid could not have been nicer and helpful. Caveat: as is the case throughout the Jordaan's quaint narrow rowhomes the stairs to get to the apartment are long and steep. However Rick was more than happy to be of assistance with luggage, and Astrid was extremely responsive when we had questions. The unit was easy walking distance from one of the main tram lines, a grocery store, and several cafes, bars and restaurants. We would stay again.

Great location!

We had such a great time at Rosie’s place. The location was fantastic and close to great restaurants, sites and transportation. Very cozy and comfortable, close to the food market too.

Rosie’s place is perfect

Rosie’s Place is an outstanding place to stay in Amsterdam. The location is superb- an easy walk to cafes, restaurants, parks. The sunny terrace is a great place to unwind after a long day or walking and sightseeing. Astrid and Rick are awesome hosts who made everything easy from us from the moment we booked to the time we checked out. We could not have chosen a better place to stay.

Perfect in every way!

We stayed for a week. It was the perfect place, roomy for 2 adults, clean, comfortable and great location. The street is quiet but close to restaurants, cafe’s, attractions and more. Astrid and Rick are great hosts and very helpful. We looking forward to visiting again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a great week!

Astrid was very happy to help with suggestions when we asked and the property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Rick was kind enough to carry luggage up the steep stairs to the apparent and Astrid was gracious and carried them down.

My husband and I loved Rosie's apartments. We spent a week in this lovely place and enjoyed every minute of it. Astrid and Rick are the best hosts we ever had. We arrived earlier and they let us drop off the luggage in the kitchen so we can have a nice stroll upon arrival. They even took our suitcases upstairs. The studio is very clean and staffed with everything you need for eating in. They even left us a bottle of the wine in the fridge and coffee pods for the machine. In the mornings we could enjoy the coffee on the large balcony. They were always available to answer any questions we had and helped us with the taxi back to airport. Perfect location on the quiet residential street in the Amsterdam center. Walking distance to the museums, train station and other attractions. Easy check in and check out. Thank you, Astrid and Rick.

Cozy and great location

This property is a real gem. The owners are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We easily walked everywhere as the location was very close to major attractions, but 2 blocks away from busy streets.

Picturesque location

Rosie's Place was the perfect spot for us and we wished that we had more than 3 days. It is in a very safe, walkable area with many restaurants and also close to the tram. Astrid could not have been a better host and was always available for questions or recommendations. Highly recommend this apartment when in Amsterdam!!

Fabulous location and host

My husband and I visited Amsterdam for the first time and Astrid was very helpful answering our questions. The property was immaculate and location was amazing. It was just short walk to some great little cafes and bars. The bed was super comfortable and while we never sat in the living area is was great to be able to spread out out luggage and travel gear.

The Apartment Was Lovely and As Described

We enjoyed our stay. Astrid met us at the door, showed us around the apartment and even carried our heavy bags up the stairs :-). Restful Haven

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Rosie’s Place. Astrid and Rick are gracious and attentive hosts. After a long day of site seeing, Rosie’s Place was a restful haven at the end of the day. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace and listening to the birds sing in the evening. We felt more like locals than tourists. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

An unforgettable stay in Amsterdam

We had an amazing experience staying at Rick and Astrid’s apartment—it was even better than advertised! The space was beautifully maintained, and they truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Rick and Astrid were incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our luggage upon arrival.The location was perfect—situated in a fantastic area with easy walking access to major points of interest. It made exploring Amsterdam a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a more delightful place to stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay . Astrid was very helpful with our stay. Listing everything as described. Apartment worked well for us, weather was not great but it was December. Would book here again in warmer weather.

Apartment in perfect location

Excellent communication. Friendly helpful. Everything was great from start to finish. We felt warmly welcomed and had the best vantage point to spy in all directions. We thank you very much and will definitely be happy to come back.

Hi, We are Astrid (53) and Rick (52), we have two sons, Joris (22) and Jesse (15). Rick is born and raised in Amsterdam and I moved 35 years ago to Amsterdam. Before we settled down we have travelled the world and stayed also at other people houses. We like to think that by staying with locals you’ll see a different city. Of course we will help you to explore the city and if we have the time we will show you around.

It was our dream that one day a small piece of Amsterdam would be ours. Once back in Amsterdam we decided to chase our dream. 25 years ago we bought our town house, which was build in 1897 and stood the test of time really well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Located in the best part of Amsterdam, called the Jordaan. Our street is really quiet but around the corner you will see the most picturesque street with all little restaurants, bars and shops with in the background the Wester Church. For us one of the reasons to buy the house.
